This is a very good place to stay in Goreme. Excellent location with nice big terrace for balloon watching. Plenty and easy parking if you have rental car. The rooms are not fancy but have good basic features. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Goreme.

We liked that the property was safe, convenient and walkable to dining options. Tkeakfast was amazing. The person at the reception gave us all the information and was always was friendly and speaks English, the ladies who serve bkeakfast and do the the cleaninf were helping us all the time. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends.

We stayed 2 nights. A short walk to all restaurants and shopping. We explored the area surrounding the village from here. Stunning formations close by. Our room was huge with a separate sitting area, that bit of space when you're travelling is wonderful. Breakfast is outstanding in the terrace. A wonderful stay. Thank you to the team.

Great location, easy walk to everywhere in Goreme. Room was good size, excellent shower and bathroom is big space. Area around was very quiet. Staff friendly, always around if needed, they have created this atmosphere of home. Breakfast selection was very good and fresh. Fantastic views from roof terrace, especially for watching the balloons as they literally come over the top of you..so close.

Fabulous place to watch the Balloons at dawn! Unbelievable breakfast spread, so many choices. The staff are family, and they serve you so you feel like family too! My daughter made friends and visited with them, sharing ideas, insights, love of animals. Such kind peopke! Beautiful classic building, tastefully done, well maimtained, clean. Everyone of my group was happy, each felt welcome and safe and pampered!

Good parking

A rather new (appx 4 years old) hotel with a nice room and good breakfast buffet, with a very large terrace. The coffee wasn't very good, thank goodness for Nescafe. No elevator, so you'll need to lug suitcases up and down stairs. Parking seemed adequate. The in-room safe seemed flimsy. Staff seemed a bit aloof. Stone and concrete detailing in the room was very nice, and the bathroom was large.

Our host was extremely helpful, & polite. The views are stunning from the terrace. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. He helped us book a private tour with a spanish speaker which was so interesting and fun. We had an early flight and would miss breakfast, but our host prepared us a juice and delicious sandwich; he was always so thoughtful. I would really recommend this place. :)

The property provides a generally enjoyable stay, but there are some notable drawbacks. Guests, including ourselves, noted that the Deluxe Balcony room lacked privacy due to a bathroom door that doesn't fully close, which could be uncomfortable for couples or anyone sensitive to noise. The breakfast is plain. Furthermore, while the hotel's location is convenient, its uphill terrain might be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues while walking. All in all, we had a good time.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Ürgüp, Uçhisar, Avanos’a ulaşımı çok yakın bir yerde. Kaldığımız oda Suit Jakuzi (Üzümlü Oda) iyiydi. Yatağıyla, banyosu ve balkonuyla muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Çalışanlar kesinlikle çok cana yakındı. Kendimizi hiç yabancı hissetmedik sayelerinde. Ve otelin en güzel manzarası terası. Balonları sabah erken kalktığınızda izleyebiliyorsunuz.
