Very friendly staffs, clean hotel room, short walk to restaurants and centre area. Love their hotel cat “18”, would recommend it and stay again in the future. Wish there is more variety to breakfast because I wasn’t really interested in the few options

Stayed here with partner. Staff hospitality was second to none. Helped us arrange for a somewhat last minute hot air balloon ride when the one we had booked was cancelled two days in a roll due to weather. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Terra Cave Hotel in Göreme. The room was clean, comfortable, and unique, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop terrace offered amazing views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The location was also perfect for exploring Cappadocia. Highly recommended!

This property, staff, location, breakfast, kindness, help we received deserve 10 stars. They help with parking, taxi, excursions, restaurant recommendations, help to carry your suitcases in and out and are the most carrying and polite staff ever. The rooms are very nicely decorated, authentic cave and stone mix and quite large, plenty of hot water, have air conditioning, toiletries and also a safety deposit box and TV. Location is very safe. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace (you have to walk 3 flights of stairs with railings) with an incredible view and the location is perfect for watching the balloons fly. Servet at front desk was making sure everyone is taken care of and was always ready and willing to help out. The hotel will do your laundry for 15 euros per bag and it comes ready smelling nice and folded in hours. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our cave room was gorgeous, the hotel was in the perfect location for tour pick ups and shopping/dining. The staff were all so helpful with everything from arranging transportation to assisting with an issue we had with a tour (not booked thru them). This is the perfect cave hotel for your trip to Goreme.
