The ladies who run the breakfast are amazingly friendly and accommodating. Reception is staffed 24 hours and is also friendly. Rooms, while not large are comfortable. Shower has lots of water pressure. Rooms need a chest of drawers to unpack your suitcase and put things away.

Unfortunately my room was in the underground basement, we heard every time people flushed the toilets, shower etc. the construction noise from the property was right by our bedroom window. Also the hotel doesn’t clean the room every day unless you let them know, even by having the sign the lack providing towels or toilet paper.

La estancia en general fue buena. La habitación para familia de 3 resultó un poco incómoda porque el AC está colocado hacia la cama principal y para que enfríe hacia el otro lado del cuarto en donde se encuentra la otra cama, debes colocar el aire demasiado frío, lo que incomoda dormir plácidamente en la cama principal.

Önbüro/Resepsiyon -Turlar konusunda yardımcı (sayelerinde 3000₺ fark yemekten kurtuldum. At, balon vs yardımcı oluyorlar) -7/24 herşeyle güleryüzlü bir şekilde iligleniyorlar -İyi belboy servisi -Deneyim ve bilgi (STUR ve diğer turizm belgeleri hakkında bilgi sahibiler işlerinde uzmanlar) Mutfak/Restoran Otel kahvaltı servisi veriyor. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve siz yemeklerin bir kısmının yapılışını görebildiğiniz için içiniz rahat. Şef vb mutfak elemanları hijyenik ve her konuda size yardım ediyorlar. Yemek çeşitliliği mevcut. Normalde 5 yıldızlı otellerde yiyemediğim yemekleri burada rahatlıkla yiyebildim. Odalar: Bukle sayıları (İkramlar) yeterli. Buraya geldiğinizde sadece yanınızda sabun getirmeniz yeterli. Onun dışında odalarda teknik arızalara rastlamadık (Burada üç farklı odada kaldım) bununla birlikte konfor, temizlik ve diğer kalite standartları yüksek. HK çalışanları oldukça yardımsever. Otel oldukça güzel burayı gelen herkese tavsiye ederim.

Güzel ve ideal bir fiyat/performans!

8 arkadaş, 4 oda tuttuk. Odalara giriş çıkışımız çok rahat oldu, odalar da temizdi. Fakat farklı odalarda farklı farklı sorunlar yaşadık; biri nemli kokuyordu, birkaçında klima sorunluydu ve birinde yatak sorun çıkarttı. Fakat bunlara rağmen komforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Açık büfe kahvaltı muhteşemdi! Personel ve iş yeri sahibi çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Benim için temizlik çok önemliydi. Odanın, yatağın, banyonun temizliği gerçekten çok iyi seviyedeydi. Sabah kahvaltısını açık büfe olması ve çeşitlerin yeterliliği harikaydı. Tüm çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve yardımsever odaklı olmaları muhteşemdi. Ayrıca terastan sabah balonların uçuşunu seyretmek de çok güzeldi. Tabii otelin konumunun Göreme'nin merkezinde olması da çok büyük bir avantaj oldu bizim için.
