Authentic cave hotel

Great breakfast, communication and terrace. Owner was friendly and engaging. Could use a small bar but we went to the one at the next door hotel. Would also be nice if the bathrooms had more lighting. Overall we had a nice time.

Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, amazing view from the terrace! Breakfast is so delicious and fresh every morning. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be back here again. Arda (the owner) made our stay extra special by being so friendly with our son! :) 5 star!

The breakfast was perfect, we enjoyed the view and the the variety of the Turkish breakfast. Service was perfect, employees were very helpful and kind. And the hotel is unique with its cave rooms, it is a special experience of someone wants to have.

This is an unusual hotel as it is built into the rock of Uchisar Castle. We were actually in a cave dwelling perhaps dating thousands of years. Mind bending experience. The staff = excellent with special tanks to Furkar. Breakfast = something else. Given a chance we shall return.

This place has a great customer service! Mustafa & his teams are awesome! Great room with 5 stars breakfast & stunning sunset views. It’s really close to castle entry as it will be very easy. It’s very close to Uchisar castle with amazing views. Staffs are very friendly & made us feel very special since we had 19 month of baby. Rooms were super clean & also and baby crib was ready for our 19 month old. Mustafa helped us booked ATV RIDE & recommend local place to eat, which had great food. Thanks to Mustafa & his team, we loved it & highly recommend this place!

This property has a wonderful view of the balloons. The most comfy beds, beautiful showers and the rooms were beautifully heated after a cool day outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke good English and had perfect restaurant recommendations

Temiz ve konforlu bir konaklama

Daha evvel bir kaç kez geldiğim kapadokyaya temmuz ayında ilk kez geldim. Bu mevsimde epey sıcak ve gezilecek yerler sıcak dolayısıyla biraz zorlayıcı. Otelde çalışanlar son derece güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Şirin bir butik otel, bölgenin ruhunu yansıtıyor. Sadece odada bir minibuzdolabı olsa iyi olurdu soğuk su severler için :)) Teşekkürler Rox Cappadocia..

Bayram tatilimiz için tercih ettiğimiz bu otel, beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Konumu mükemmel, sabahları terasta balonları izlemek tarifsiz bir keyifti. Kahvaltısı çeşit açısından zengin ve lezzetliydi. Otel personeli oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle Arda Bey’e ayrı bir parantez açmak gerek—bir sorun varsa mutlaka çözer. O bile çözemiyorsa, büyük ihtimalle kimse çözemez! 🙂

Tavsiye üzerine geldim ve aşırı memnun kaldım odalar doğal taş olduğu için Tabiki arada dökülme yapıyor ama bu zaten bilinen ve beklenilen bir durumdu. Çalışanlar ve otel sahibi çok güler yüzlü yardım sever kişilerdi. Balonları izlemek için otelin dışına çıkmayın sakın biz o hatayı yaptık dönüşte otelin terasına çıktık ve çok daha güzel bir manzarayla karşılaştık. Misafir perverliğinizden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.

- Konaklamanıza resepsiyonu arayarak başlamak hoş değil. Konumu gereği yönlendirici unsurların bulunması lazım. Girişte aynı sorunu yaşayan bazı misafirlere bizzat rehberlik ettim. -14:30 gibi otele vardık, 16:15 gibi odamız hazırdı. - Kahvaltı resepsiyonda servis ediliyor. Hoş bir yer değil. İçeride internet cafe havası var. -Maalesef odada tozlu yerler vardı. -Kişisel bakım ürünleri bulunmuyor. -Konum güzel ama yakınındaki otoparkın görevlileri bazen otele çıkan yolu kapatıyorlar. -Başka yerlere bakın derim.
