The receptionist helped me after Expedia booked the wrong night. Be careful when you book just after midnight if you want to stay that night. Expedia will book you for that day with a check in of 2 PM. The receptionist gave me the same rate Expedia gave me. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with a great selection. This hotel has six buildings with 144 rooms. It has a nice swimming pool, too, with a children's wading pool

We had a reservation for 2 nights and when we arrive to the hotel everything was fine , the rooms were next to each other as a family trip . The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates . No one greet the guest ,not a single word which is awful in the hospitality industry , also we had issues with the AC the first night but didn’t complain thinking that was just an insignificant issue but 2nd night we had the same problem and we called the front desk and their answer was there’s not technician and we have to wait for next day . While we were doing Check out we mentioned the AC issue and they said that they didn’t receive any call regarding this matter telling me a LIAR which is very disrespectful answer. I will suggest more training regarding hospitality and Guest relations because the building doesn’t look bad and is clean but the service is AWFUL ,terrible . Also there is a lack of language that is even worst .

Bathroom needs improvement!

My stay was excellent, however the bathroom needs better lighting and the bath area was not draining, not to mention there were 2 short planks of wood keeping the water in the bath area and it was not sufficient, the bathroom kept flooding.

Sauberkeit war im ganzen Hotel gegeben. Vom Frühstück haben wir uns mehr erwartet. Lieblose Präsentation. Gefüllte Sesambrötchen waren sehr dunkel, eher schon verkohlt. Brötchen waren einzeln in Plastikbeuteln abgepackt, was sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig gewesen ist. Ansonsten keine weitere Auswahl an anderen Brot Sorten. Der Aufschnitt hat sich durch die Wärme schon aufgerollt und sah sehr angetrocknet aus. Das Personal an der Bar war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer was wir ursprünglich gebucht haben haben wir nach einigen Diskussionen dann doch erhalten. Für 2-3 Nächte ist das Hotel okay, allerdings kein 4* Hotel.

Otelin alt kat kapalı havuz kısmı arızalı diyerek kullanıma açmadılar. Kahvaltı bizce felaketti çeşit yok lezzet düşük. Temizlik kesinlikle iyi, havlu değişimi muntazam. Personel genellikle asık suratlı sanırım zorla çalıştırıyorlar. Bizce bölge için tercih edilebilir. Sonuçta genellikle sadece konaklama amacı ile kullanılıyor

Otelde tadilat

Otel görevlileri arkadaşımla yan yana odada kalmak icin oda değişikliği istediğimizde sağolsunlar bize yardımcı oldular. Ancak gündüz odada dinlenmek istediğimizde tadilat ve temizlik gürültüsünden hiç dinlenemedik. Temizlik gürültüsü hadi neyse ama odada uyuyan biri varken yan odada matkap ve çekiçle saatlerce tadilat yapmanın amacını anlayamadık. Sabah saat 9’da başlayan tadilatı uyarmamıza istinaden durdurdular ancak saat 13’te tekrar başladılar ve 2 saat devam etti. Sonuç olarak dinlenmek ve uyumak için kaldığım odada adam akıllı dinlenemedim.

beklentimizin ötesinde memnuniyet

Merhaba, otel hakkında giderken çok da beklentiye girmemiştik aslında ancak gittiğimizde beklentimiz üzerinde bir hizmetle karşılaştık. Havuz ve çevrsi kullanışlı ve temizdi, odalar gayet temiz düzenli, aile olarak gittiğimiz için çocuk yatağı da istemiştik biz gitmeden odalarımız hazırdı. Gittiğimizde resepsyon da güleryüzle karşılandık ve gerekli tüm bilgileri alabildik. otel de ayarlama yaparken akşam yemeği yok şeklinde ayarlama yapmıştık ancak orada akşam yemeğini ücretli bir şekilde yiyebileceğimizi öğrendik açık büfe hem akşam hem sabah kahvaltı da yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Bir akşam çorbaya yetişememiş olmamıza rağmen çocuklar için istediğimiz de hemen getirdiler. Kalabalıktı turlardan gelen çok yabancı turist vardı. hamam , kapalı havuz vs gibi hizmetleri ekstra ücret ödemeden kullanabildik. ulaşımı çok kolay bölgede her yere eşit mesafe de kolay bulunabilir ne tam şehir için ne de tam dışarda çevrede kolaylıkla herşeye ulaşabiliyor. Gezmek istiyorsanız da aracınız vs varsa rahat ulaşabiliyorsunuz. wifi odamızdan çok rahat çekiyordu. hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. tekrar gitsek yine tercih ederiz.
