Great budget choice for a stay in Kapadokya

Quiet hotel in small town away from crowds and noise at a very reasonable price. Bufger breakfast was very good. A bus ride away from Goreme to visit sites.

If we could give MORE STARS we would! This place made for an unforgettable Cappadocia experience. Each room is unique to its features so keep that in mind when choosing; but you simply can't go wrong. The location is not far from the city center; well worth it if you're coming by car. It is undeniable the level of care in detail that went into the design of this hotel. Be ready, as from the moment you step foot through the door; you immerse immediately into another time; surrounded by luxury vintage flair in a "cave/castle like" setting. Everything from the reception desk area to the decor pieces of the suites look carefully and tastefully handpicked. The staff here is by far the WARMEST WELCOME we've had this entire trip! And that is with NO EXAGGERATION! We have travelled throughout the country hitting several cities and have found the tourism industry with regards to customer service interaction to be generally poor to outright shameful! This place on the other hand was above and beyond excellent. From the cook that greeted us at our table during food service to make sure all was in order, to the smiling staff in the hallways wishing us well; and last but not least the reception administrator (His name is Mert; look out for him. He's tall with glasses; he's your guy!) A SPECIAL THANKS to him as he was in fact our favorite person in all of Turkey! Always made us sure that he was right there if we needed anything. Our stay at the Lost city hotel was truly amazing and relaxing.The staff were incredibly polite and friendly ing above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The Manager, in particular, was a huge help, assisting us with booking cabs. She also provided excellent recommendation for resturants and bars, enhancing our overall experience. We highly recommend the Lost city Cave hotel for its unique charm and exceptional service.

Oda gercekten güzeldi. Magara konseptli oldugu için surekli yataga kum dökülüyordu. Bu rahatsiz ediciydi. Hizmet ve iletisimde yetersizdi. Otel hakkinda ve verilern hizmetleri bize söylemediler. Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimiydi

2 gece 3 gün konakladık. Bütün otel personeli çok güler yüzlü ve harika iletişime sahip insanlardı. Odalar resimlerinde gösterilen gibiydi hiç bir eksiği yoktu. Göreme ve Ürgüp’e, ikisinede araçla 20 dakika uzaklıkta bir otel. Konumu gayet güzel, Göreme ve Ürgüp’te uygun fiyatlı restoran bulamazken, otelin olduğu konumda Nevşehir merkezede yakın olmasından dolayı uygun fiyatlı bir çok restoran seçeneği mevcut. Ayrıca otelin odalarını detaylı panoramik olarak google mapsde inceleyebilirsiniz, ona göre hangi odayı istediğinize karar verebilirsiniz. Bunun olması çok hoşumuza gitti.

Really nice cave hotel outside of the super-touristed areas, providing a really unique experience. The staff does not know a lot of English, but they are super helpful and quick to respond. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast has a lot of uniquely Turkish choices to it. The internet seems to come and go and you will have to wander a bit further afield to find places to eat dinner, but none of them are more than a five-minute drive away. All in all a really enjoyable stay!

Otel kapı girişinde, hemen resepsiyon ve kapalı, küçük bir alan olmasına rağmen (personelin dahil) Sigara içilen izmaritler ve her bir çalışanın asık suratı sanki neden geldiniz bakışları ile karşılandık. Kaldığım oda konseptinizin bağamız havalandırma çok çok yetersiz öyleki kapısı kapamayan tuvelat banyo dan berbat koku ile uyumak zorunda kaldım… Ayrılırken yine ufacık bir tebessüm göstermeyen resepsiyon görvilsi uğurladı. Ve bir daha gitmemek üzere ayrıldım. Tavsiye etmem.
