Great trip, hotel and staff all around. A few spots were missed in the bathrooms but other than that everything was great. I’d definitely come back. The breakfast was delicious too, very fresh and authentic Turkish food!

The hotel is amazing, staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Our Fairy Chimney room was spectacular, breakfast very good. Numerous terraces to see the balloons go over the town. We booked our transfers, Balloon Flight (Turquaz Balloons), Red and Green small group tour plus Sunset Horse Ride through the hotel tours, all were amazing and fantastic value. The Hotel Spa is wonderful, excellent value and the best massage we have ever had. I can definitely recommend this hotel and have no complaints at all. Kelebek Hotel and Tours made this a very memorable, unforgettable and magical trip.

Fantastic room - highly recommend dairy chimney room #26 if available. So unique to the area. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with many vegan and gluten free options. Would stay here again if lucky enough to revisit Cappadocia.

A really lovely hotel, many rooftops and terraces to watch the balloons in the morning and also just a general outlook of the beautiful landscapes of Goreme. The room was very clean and cool to stay in a cave. The breakfast was delicious! Also so many cute adorable cats!!

The property is well maintained, but our bathroom does have a weird smell. The property has amazing view of the hot air balloon in the morning. However, it is up a big hill, therefore, you will need to walk up 2 hills to get back from the main town.

The property has unique, beautiful views. The cave room was fantastic as were all the sitting areas. Breakfast was really good and the staff bend over backwards to help. Same with dinner. They arranged transportation to and from the airport and we had friendly safe drivers. They also arranged the red and green tour for us. Toros was an excellent guide. He was passionate and knowledgeable. There were a few great surprises that weren’t on the itinerary.

Cappadoccia is a quaint city that has an old world charm, so it is a must visit destination for quite a few people. Kelebek is a decent choice for a hotel here...not the best nor the worst. It s absolutely not built for people who are not mobile as there a lot of steps and inclines all over this property and almost any property in the area.

The unique charm of the cave rooms was beyond what I expected—everything was so tastefully designed, blending modern comfort with the natural beauty of the stone. The service here was outstanding; the staff were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the stunning night view! The way the lights illuminated the landscape against the backdrop of the caves was simply breathtaking. Highly recommend!

This is my first time in Cappadocia, and I absolutely wanted to stay at a cave hotel. Kelebek is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. They would go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Our hot air balloon ride got canceled the day we booked it and we really wanted to go, but it was fully booked all over Cappadocia. But they went to work to find us the best deal and excellent balloon company because they have connections. Hedi, the receptionist was particularly wonderful: patient, kind, cheerful, very helpful. Lots of variations for breakfast. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center for guests to use. It would make the experience so much more complete.
