The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and our room was lovely. The hotel is up a winding hill so when going into town we got a taxis back to the hotel but sometimes the hotel staff took us into town! They were so helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast. The pool was very cold but you got used to it. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay in a great location! The hotel has a very authentic Göreme style, and the pool area and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained—it feels like a postcard picture! Just be aware that the steps are quite steep. The location is ideal. Being at the top of Göreme keeps you away from the noise and heavy bus traffic of the busy town center, while offering fabulous views of the valley. Tip for travelers: There are wasps in Göreme, but they only seem to come out in the morning and early afternoon. .

Great stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool is a great place to cool off and enjoy a drink during the hottest part of the day. The highlight was the Kings Valley breakfast tour add on - highly recommend for the scenery and the locally grown and prepared breakfast!

The Aza Cave Hotel property was beautiful, and the pool was amazing. The breakfast buffet offered an abundant variety of options and was one of the highlights of our stay. The only reason I did not rate our stay as excellent was the housekeeping. We stayed for two nights, and our room was not cleaned once during our stay. One day, we did not return to the hotel until around 4:00 PM, so there was more than enough time for the room to be serviced and for the coffee and tea to be replenished. Considering the amount we paid per night, I feel that daily housekeeping and replenishing basic room amenities are the least that should be expected. It was disappointing because otherwise, the property itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed the facilities.

The king’s valley breakfast tour was a super perk included with our stay. The daily buffet breakfast was also fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and spoke god English. I would definitely go back again. The Kelebek restaurants are super and highly recommended.

Had an amazing time at the Aza Cave Hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. Our room included the Royal King Breakfast experience which was an absolute highlight of our trip! Everything was clean and well maintained, including the pool. The staff also helped us book the ATV tour, horseback riding, hot air balloon, and airport transfer at a discounted rate with their sister company. Every single experience went smoothly. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely beautiful room with a beautiful patio. My only quibble is the lighting. Is mostly directional and good for photography but impossible to read in bed. You had to turn the main lights off or you're staring into a spotlight.

Here’s a polished version of your review: We had a wonderful stay at the AZA Cave Hotel. The property is set into the hills above Göreme and has a truly otherworldly feel. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with the ambiance of a castle. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast and is a great spot to unwind with dinner after a day of ballooning. The pool is on the smaller side, but a lovely place to relax. The one drawback was that our room in the annex building didn’t get much natural sunlight — something to keep in mind when booking. We’ll be sure to request a room in the main building on our next visit. Overall, a fantastic stay that we’d highly recommend.
