Otele giriş anından itibaren otel sahibi Nesrin hanım çok yardımcı oldu ve ilgili idi. Samimiyeti ve güler yüzü tüm konaklama boyunca eksik olmadı. Odalarda ısıtma ve oda temizliği çok güzeldi. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Otel Uçhisar merkezinde, güzel bi lokasyonda. Market vs yürüme mesafesinde. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Yine geleceğiz.

Otel olanakları, işletmeci tarafından sonuna kadar müşteri memnuniyeti için kullanılmakta. Isıtma, kahvaltı ve konfor iyiydi. Ancak en çok işletmecinin nezaketi ve yardımseverliği gönlümüzü kazandı. 5 yıldızlı bir otel değildi ama 10 numara hizmet sundular.

Ahırın yanında otel (!).. hotels.com’a yakışmadı

inanması zor ama otelin bitişiğinde ahır vardı ve gittiğimde tezek taşıyorlardı, kesinlikle ne hijyen nede güvenlik açısından çok ama çok kötüydü, böyle bir yerin sitenizde otel seçeneği olarak bulunmasını size hiç yakıştıramadım. Zaten otelde kalamadan dışarı çıktık hemen.

İdare Eder Seviyede

Uçhisarda ulaşımı kolay bir yerde. Odaya girişler otelin dışından ve yol kenarında olmasına rağmen ahşap kapılar olduğu için yoldan geçen arabaların sesi çok fazla geliyor. Banyoda havlular için askılık olabilirdi en azından, havluları koymaya yer yok. Odaya bir şişe su, iki bardak, elektrikli ısıtıcı konulabilirdi. Çift kişilik yatak da tek kişilik iki baza yan yana konularak yapılmıştı beni gerçekten en çok rahatsız eden buydu. Görevliler güler yüzlü, fiyat performans olarak iyi otel sayılabilir.

Hijyen durumu sıkıntılı

İlgili olmaları iyi ama yatak, nevresim vb çok pis. Sanki bir önce kalan kişi düzeltip gitmiş, daha sonra dokunan olmamış. Fiyatı uygun ama odanın konumu vb çok kötüydü. Dışarıdaki masa sandalye ve bilhassa minderleri kirli ve tozluydu. Sadece geceyi geçirmek için gitmiş olmamıza rağmen bu bile çekilmez oldu.Kahvaltı konusunda bir yorum yapamıyorum, çünkü yemedik. Her şeyi kabul edebilirim, eski olabilir, kırık olabilir ama pis olamaz.

Eksiler; **Havalandırma problemi; kapı pencere haricinde havalandırma yolu yok. Banyo ve tuvaletin olduğu bölümde bir havalandırma olmalı. **Yola bakan odalarda araç sesi çok rahatsız edici ve gece de devam ediyor. İzolasyonlu kapılar kullanılmalı. Arka odalarda bu sorun yok. **Giderlerde saç görmek hoş değil. **Klozetin musluğu akıtıyor. **Klozetin musluğu doğru yerde değil, yukarıda olacağına aşağıda. **Hamam kurnası yerde değil oturulan yerle aynı seviyede olmalı, çok kullanışsız. **Hamam tası kırık.
