Benefits of Alphan

Outstanding guest house with lots of benefits: 1. English-speaking and charming host! 2. Quiet, peaceful, and safe area - 10 mins walking to the Ichisar castle and 30 secs walking to the market. Highly recommended for families! 3. Zeynep, the host, offers booking for hot air balloons and picking up from the hotel! 4. Delicious and variable breakfast with high quality in the garden in front of the house! Alphan Hotel in Cappadocia is highly recommended even for motorbikers. There is a safe park space in front of the house.

This is a beautiful property that has been decorated well. What you see in the pictures is what you get! We loved our little balcony, and could actually watch the air balloons from their or even our bed. Breakfast was delicious and served outside. Easily walkable to restaurants, Ulchisar Castle, etc.

Zeynap was an amazing host. She gave us great recommendation for restaurants and things to do. The room is beautiful with a king size bed and touches of authentic Turkish decor. The breakfast was delicious and full of Turkish specialties. We ate out on the lovely quaint patio. Zeynaps place is within walking distance of the castle and town for many dining options. We extended our stay to 2 nights.

Good cozy hotel in a super quiet area

Nice calm area, away from the touristic noisy centre but close walking distance to everything you need: super market, restaurants, bus to go to Göreme and the Uchisar castle is literally 5 minutes away. Simple but good breakfast. Good service level. The place was really calm and quiet. Only reason they don't get 5 stars, is because we did not get the room we booked. We had booked one with a balcony and got another room, which was a bit annoying. One advice to the hotel is to replace the single use cups in the rooms with poper cups 😉

Zeynap went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by assisting us with everything Cappadocia had to offer – from booking activities to getting the best deals. And let's talk about the breakfast – it was an absolute delight! Zeynap's personal touch was evident in every dish, with homemade and garden-fresh ingredients that added a unique and heartwarming touch to the experience. Alphan Cappadocia hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of Zeynap's genuine warmth, top-notch service, and the cozy atmosphere of the place created an unforgettable stay. I can't recommend this place enough – it truly made our trip exceptional!

The host is very nice and the homemade breakfast is so good. Even though there is no TV and safe deposit box in the room, we didn't have any problem when request anything for the room specially in hot summer month. Overall our stay was good and stay in this hotel next time.

This was a lovely little hotel. Unfortunately it was not sound proof so was hard to get good rest. Besides that, the owner/staff was very friendly and would help however she could. English was limited so was tricky - but our Turkish is worse ;) we saw balloons from our room/bed which was a thrill. Breakfast was amazing! Beautifully fresh and plentiful! Could walk to amazing views of the area. Would recommend but know the 4:30-5am balloon starts can be disruptive (pending the politeness of others- we had a big group up and down and chatting to each other in shared areas). Pack ear plugs!

Alphan is a very nice, family friendly hotel. It is a family run business, so you get a much better, one on one experience directly from the friendly owners. I would surely return and would recommend to any friends or family who would be visiting Nevşehir or Kapadokya. Thank you Zeynep and Mehmet, you were both great!

The hostess of this hotel was amazing. So welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room is decorated with authentic Turkish touches. The place is clean and close to walk to the downtown. The breakfast outside on the patio was spectacular. Loads of homemade food and local favourites. We ended up staying 2 nights as we loved it so much. Thanks for your hospitality.

Alphan Cappadocia was a great hotel to stay at in Nevşehir and very close to Görme, where the hot air balloons are at. Zeynep was an amazing host and made us a traditional Turkish breakfast which was delicious. The area around the hotel is quiet and rural. Close by there is a little store that you can get snacks and some essentials, should you need something like toiletries. We enjoyed our stay! Teşekkür ederiz, Zeynep!

Super cosy!

A small family hotel for those who want to feel comfort and care. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great (only part of it is pictured). Feel free to tell the hosts about your problems - they will help in many situations. They helped us rent a car, took us to a cafe in the evening and treated us to extra coffee a couple of times.

We absolutely adore this property! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most genuine and welcoming smiles by the owner, Zeynap Vecli. The rooms are impeccably clean and simply perfect, exuding a delightful coziness that instantly made us feel at home. The location couldn't be more ideal for our trip. Being only a mere 20 minutes away from the renowned underground city in Kaymakli, within walking distance to the magnificent Uchisar Castle, and just a short drive to Urgup and the balloon ride locations, it truly couldn't be any better. Let me tell you about the breakfast – it is an absolute delight! We were treated to a delectable spread of homemade jams and sauces that were bursting with flavor. Each bite was a sheer delight to the taste buds. Choosing this place for our first trip to Cappadocia was an excellent decision, and I couldn't be happier.

10-12 Ağustos 2025 için bu otelde rezervasyon yaptık. Otele girdiğimizde odadaki yatakların tamamında tahta kurusu olduğunu gördük. Bu hem hijyen hem de sağlık açısından kabul edilemezdi. Normalde Adana’ya giderken yol üzerinde 2 gün Kapadokya’da kalıp gezmeyi planlıyorduk. Ancak gecenin bir yarısı başka otel aradık, yer bulamadık. Mecburen yola devam ettik. İstanbul’dan gelmiş, yorgun ve uykusuzdum. Arabada uyuyamadığımız için benzincide 5 kişi araç içinde dinlenmeye çalıştık. Çok kötü, yorucu ve tatsız bir geceydi. Tatilimiz tamamen mahvoldu.

Fiyat/performans olarak mükemmel. Konum merkezi, aile işletmesi. Sahipleri ve tüm çalışanları inanılmaz cana yakın ve her türlü sorununuzu hemen çözüyor. Kahvaltısı taze ve çeşitli. Her sabah kakaolu kek ve yumurtaya ek pişi, sigara böreği ve gözleme dönüşümlü olarak veriliyor. Çay, su sınırsız. Sıcacık, 4, 5 odalı butik otel. Eksik ararsanız odalarda terlik, tv ve dolap olmaması diyebilirsiniz ama tv iyiki olmamış akşam geldiğimizde yorgunluktan bayılacak gibiydik. Dolap aradık ama onun yerine askılı 2 kat eşya koymalık açık çekmece de idare etti. Banyo, lavabo ve odaları yeni ve taş dekorluydu. Çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim.
