Very good value for money

This was an over nght stay .The room was clean and comfortable with clean bedding and towels .The room had a kitchenette to enable you to make a drink or snack.We used it to make breakfast drinks .Location handy for the town.Close to the river and a good bistro .Only fault was that it would as tricky to enter the property as details on how to do this where unclear .A resident helped me by phoning the caretaker for me .

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The view was beautiful and bed was comfy.. We had a problem getting into the property as we did not receive the codes. After 2 phone calls, the caretaker gave us the codes to get in. It seems like there was a problem with Expedia.

Les consignes pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les codes d'accĂšs (autonome) ne sont pas claires : j'ai compris qu'il fallait envoyer une copie de ma carte d'identitĂ© le jour-mĂȘme Ă  17h ! Et il Ă©tait indiquĂ© que ma rĂ©servation aurait pu ĂȘtre annulĂ©e si je ne l'avais pas fait "Ă  temps". Heureusement, j'ai eu quelqu'un de trĂšs sympathique au tĂ©lĂ©phone qui a pu me transmettre les informations nĂ©cessaires pour accĂ©der Ă  la chambre. Les photos laissent prĂ©sager un Ă©tablissement moderne et entretenu, nous avons Ă©tĂ© quelque peu déçus de voir que les accessoires dans la salle de bain par exemple n'Ă©taient plus en Ă©tat de marche (le distributeur de savon notamment), que le dĂ©rouleur de papier tenait Ă  peine au mur et que les joins de carrelage Ă©taient noircis, ... Si, sur l'annonce, l'endroit peut sembler accueillant, il n'est pas chaleureux ni entretenu (propre mais pas entretenu). La porte "coupe-feu" fermĂ©e au sortir de la chambre - et le peu d'isolation phonique - ne nous a pas aidĂ© Ă  y passer une nuit reposante non plus ... Dommage !

Appartement bien, propre, calme, qui donne l'impression d'avoir Ă©tĂ© refait rĂ©cemment, mais plutĂŽt minimaliste en Ă©quipement (ni plus ni moins), par exemple seulement 2 couteaux, 2 fourchettes, 2 assiettes. Parking gratuit juste devant le bĂątiment qui est situĂ© devant la Loire donc plutĂŽt sympa. Le point nĂ©gatif Ă©tant l'absence de personne Ă  la rĂ©ception. ArrivĂ© sur place, malgrĂ© ma rĂ©servation payĂ©e et ma confirmation que je viens bien sur place, je ne reçois pas de code pour la boĂźte Ă  clĂ©. J'appelle le numĂ©ro affichĂ© Ă  l'entrĂ©e et lĂ  je dois payer au tĂ©lĂ©phone la taxe de sĂ©jour en donnant mes informations de carte bancaire Ă  un inconnu... pas gĂ©nial Ă  l'Ă©poque des vols de donnĂ©es ! Bref, aprĂšs avoir payĂ© par tĂ©lĂ©phone on me donne enfin le code de la boĂźte Ă  clĂ©. Pas bien clair la demarche Ă  effectuer pour tout le monde quand je m'aperçois le lendemain qu'un couple est dans la mĂȘme situation.

Etablissement plutĂŽt bien placĂ© et pratique. Nous avons pris une chambre pour notre sĂ©jour au circuit de Magny Cours et c'Ă©tait bien pratique d'ĂȘtre Ă  seulement 15min du circuit. L'entrĂ©e autonome est agrĂ©able car pas de contrainte horaire sur l'horaire d'arrivĂ©e. NĂ©anmoins, 2 points sont Ă  revoir. On nous avait parlĂ© d'une place de parking privĂ©e et nous avons chercher l'entrĂ©e du parking en vain. Heureusement qu'il restait des places devant l'Ă©tablissement. Le second point est la propretĂ© des chambres. Cela reste correcte mais la poussiĂšre pourrait ĂȘtre faite plus souvent je pense, surtout derriĂšre les toilettes. Le bruit du ballon d'eau chaude et du frigo sont Ă©galement dĂ©rangeant pour des personnes sensibles.

Ensemble de la rĂ©sidence trĂšs propre et trĂšs calme. Si vous ne prenez pas le petit dĂ©jeuner dans la salle du RDC vous ne voyez personne. Vue sur la Loire magnifique mais impossible de laisser la fenĂȘtre ouverte car quai trĂšs passant.

A notre arrivĂ©e nous pensions entrer dans le logement, mais nous n'avions pas les codes qui normalement devrait ĂȘtres dans le Mail reçu Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, donc obligĂ© d'appeler, car personne Ă  la rĂ©ception pendant tout notre sĂ©jour, la personne au tĂ©lĂ©phone nous demande le numĂ©ro de carte bancaire, pour rĂ©gler 3 euros de taxes sĂ©jour. Et c'Ă©tait la condition pour obtenir les codes d'accĂšs Ă  la clef pour accĂ©der Ă  l'appartement, cela Ă  cause des impayĂ©s de clients avant nous, sans compter mĂȘme pas une cafetiĂšre dans la cuisine trĂšs certainement pour favoriser la vente de petits dĂ©jeuners, le petit dĂ©jeuner n'en parlons pas des Mini viennoiseries, des petits pains au minimum, cafetiĂšre dĂ©faillante ayant besoin de dĂ©tartrage je trouve la gĂ©rance de cet hĂŽtel exĂ©crable nous n'y retournerons plus
