Lady’s at the reception were very friendly and helpful. One of them was making some joke and we could laugh together. I believe a little of French language would help.

Très bien dans l'ensemble

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel du centre-ville de Nevers. Personnel très attentionné et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner complet et copieux. Petit bémol : fonctionnement de la clim un peu aléatoire.

Chambre confortable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'isolation phonique et la présence d'un volet électrique, et d'un sèche-cheveux. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi. Tout est ancien mais très bien rénové (sauf l'ascenseur, petit et poussif). Le ménage était correct mais pas impeccable.

Hôtel très bien situé (juste en face de la gare). Chambre très bien équipée (avec sèche cheveux). Literie très confortable, en particulier les oreillers.

Je me suis rendu sur place le 6 septembre 2023 pour annuler ma réservation car je m’étais trompé d’un mois. C’était le mois de septembre et non octobre 2023. La dame à l’accueil m’a dit qu’elle ne pouvait pas l’annuler et m’a dit de s’adresser directement chez vous. J’ai annulé. Je ne sais si cela a été annulé ! C’était une mauvaise expérience de vos service !

De dame aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was eenvoudig, klein en schoon. Ondanks dat het hotel tegenover het station zit, was het erg rustig.

le personnel est super désagréable, si vous forcez pas vous ne décrocherez pas un bonjour d’elles, ça doit leurs bruler la bouche, aucuns service style distributeur de canette ou quoi si vous arrivez le soir achetez à manger, mon lit était casser et bricoler en cachette, douche boucher, une odeur vraiment piquante.. des taches et poussière sous le lit, franchement je vous conseille d’aller ailleurs j’ai passé 4 jours là-bas j’aurai vraiment pas du !! j’étais en séjour pour des papiers mon réveille n’a pas sonner j’ai cru je procéder à une perquisition, j’ai voulu payé la nuit car je suis partie à 12h une petite m’a mal répondu, la jalousie 💖
