Clean and comfortable beds, helpful staff. There was no air conditioning and the temperature was around 30 degrees. They lent us a fan, which helped.

The stay was ok. Disappointed that when my 80 year old husband and myself aged 70, asked if someone could assust with luggage was just told "no". Breakfast room staff could have been more helpful and they certainly reacted better to french speaking than english speaking guests. Overall it served its purpose and the bar staff were a delight. We stayed 4 nights and hired 4 rooms for this family function.

Satisfaisant État correct Bonne literie , petit déjeuner complet et vu sur la Loire . Le gel douche était mélangé à de l’eau , heureusement que j’en avais pris avec moi .
