We stay here often while visiting my oldest daughter at her college. Staff is always nice and welcoming. The breakfast staff always goes above and beyond. The hotel and rooms could use a little update, but it is a pretty decent place to stay.

This stay was a disappointment. The facility needs updates and thorough cleaning. Furniture in our room was stained, torn, or frayed. The carpet had been vacuumed, but not cleaned for a long time: walking barefoot or stocking foot left the soles of our clean feet or socks nearly black! Pillows are beyond wimpy! So are the towels. Bathroom counter was scarred. Listed hours for swimming pool were 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, but it was closed in the morning until AFTER 10:30 AM for DAILY cleaning! Huge disappointment here! Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, as was the breakfast room staff. Front desk help, not so much. We’ve stayed in Country Inn and Suites all over the country; this was the worst we’ve ever been in!

If you want something cheap great stay but if you want to enjoy your stay you may just want to go with the more expensive option. It was ok, very clean, helpful staff, but the water pressure sucks at least on the second floor it could be better on the first floor I’m not sure, hopefully your shorter than 6 foot or else your going to have to duck in the shower to wash your hair. Anyways if you want it cheap and just need nothing special it’s the place to be.

I love staying here. The pool is nice and so if the hottub. The rooms are nice and clean. The furniture is great and the mattress is comfortable. I do suggest bringing an extra pillow.
