Nice stay for the weekend.

In summary a nice stay for the weekend. I believe that everything was fully ok. A minor slip, from reception to book a table at the restaurant at arrival, but the waiter was quick to solve situation. No problem. Nice rooms, functional, clean. Overall a 4/5 rating. Approximately <2 km from city center. Nb. EV Charging facility at the parking area. 4 stations.

A decent choice

Best Western is in general a decent choice. You more or less know what you get. It is fine. This hotel though is a little old and the breakfest is okay. However, the service at check-in was excellent.

Ich wollte schon eine sehr detailreiche negative Bewertung dieser BW Unterkunft schreiben, belasse dies jedoch, da es jede Zeile meiner kostbaren Zeit nicht Wert ist. Nur so viel, es war das letzte Mal, dass wir in einem Best Western in Europa übernachtet hatten. In USA und Canada sind wir Rewards Platinum Member und das hier entspricht eher einemJugendherberge Standard aus den 70er Jahren. Business Zimmer zu 168 Euro, Sessel defekt, Badezimmer im Doppelzimmer hat knapp 1 Person Platz, schlechte Luft, keine Klimaanlage und wo ich richtig sauer wurde, dass ich für einen Parkplatz noch 6 Euro bezahlen muss. P.S. Ich verzichte gerne auf die schriftlichen Floskeln des Hotelmanagements einer Entschuldigung.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, die Ausstattung aber ehrlicherweise nicht mehr ganz in Schuss. Man merkt, dass das Hotel an einigen Stellen abgespeckt hat. Das Personal ist freundlich, beim Frühstück vermisst man nichts. Dieses "Best Western" muss aber aufpassen, dass es bald nicht mehr nur "Western" ist.
