It looks like the business is starting from scratch with this econcierge thing. I think they need experience to find the correct balance. I was there for two days, the only rubbish bin in my room was a very small one in the bathroom. It may work for one night stay but if someone stay few days they may fill up the room with rubbish. Experience should put these new business niggles right.

Die Lage war super und das Zimmer sauber, aber im Sommer keine gute Wahl. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und das Zimmer hat sich sehr aufgeheizt. Das Fenster ging zur Straße und der Verkehr war auch nachts sehr laut. Ein Frühstück gibt es nicht, nur kostenpflichtige Automaten. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, man muss selbst am PC ein- und auschecken...

Hôtel avec des insectes dans ma chambre, ce qui a été nié par l'hôtel, le tout en étant particulièrement désagréable. Dans le même temps, ma collègue s'est retrouvée piquée par des punaises de lit et aux urgences pour une réaction allergique. Quand on signale ce point, le personnel met en doute ne s'excuse pas et est très désagréable. Pas de petit déjeuner? Une plateforme qui ne marche pas pour récupérer les factures... rien ne va, ni le fond ni la forme. À éviter absolument
