Room wasnt the cleanest, you can see the dirt on the fur iture, on the floor and under the bed. There were old hairs on the floor Ac didnt work Staff however was very nice and friendly Parking was 12 euros which wasnt bad either

The hotel decor was fixed up very nice. Good location too My first room the AC didn’t work and it was very hot. To their credit they moved me to another room on the top floor. It was so noisy from a rattling vibrating fan or pump going off literally every two minutes I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to sleep

The plaza is located just steps away from the shores of the Danube river. It is also 15 minute walk from Ulm central station (ubf). Als few minutes walk from the famous cathedral and old town.

La struttura gode di una posizione strategica, ideale per raggiungere il centro storico di Ulm e, allo stesso tempo, molto comoda per accedere alle principali arterie stradali di Neu-Ulm e le zone circostanti. L’hotel è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e garantisce un ambiente particolarmente tranquillo e silenzioso. La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata solo su richiesta: un aspetto che non mi era stato spiegato al momento del check-in. Di conseguenza, durante il soggiorno sono riuscita a richiederla una sola volta. Quando effettuata, la pulizia è risultata piuttosto superficiale, limitata principalmente al bagno. La colazione merita invece una nota molto positiva, grazie all’ampia scelta disponibile e all’ottima qualità dei prodotti offerti. L’hotel non dispone di un ristorante, ma mette a disposizione gradevoli spazi comuni dove è possibile consumare pasti acquistati all’esterno. Da segnalare anche il giardino che offre una piacevole vista sul Danubio.
