Great place for a few days in Ulm. Walkable to the town centre and station, very close to the river. Buffet breakfast was really good.

The hotel decor was fixed up very nice. Good location too My first room the AC didn’t work and it was very hot. To their credit they moved me to another room on the top floor. It was so noisy from a rattling vibrating fan or pump going off literally every two minutes I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to sleep

Super nettes Personal. Zimmer sehr geräumig und top Lage zur Donau / Ulm. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt hatten wir. Einige Gäste haben auf ihren Zimmern bis 4 Uhr morgens Party gemacht und niemand hat sich um Einhaltung der Nachtruhezeit gekümmert.

Camera bella e spaziosa. Posizione dell'hotel eccellente. Colazione buona. Troppo pesante il piumino, non adatto per la stagione. Verso le 8 di mattina, mentre stavo per svegliarmi, è scattato l'allarme antiincendio (che funziona molto bene), con intervento dei pompieri. Tutto si è risolto presto e bene ma nessuno ha dato una spiegazione..

In die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude, was sich an einigen Stellen bemerkbar macht (zB muffiger Geruch). Das Zimmer war sehr warm, dadurch war die Nacht sehr unangenehm und die Bettdecken waren sehr dick, eher was für den Winter. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Kleines Manko: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und es gab Probleme beim TV-Empfang. Man kam uns dafür mit kostenlosem Parken entgegen! Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut!

Lage vom Hotel ok - Innenstadt und Münster fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet; große Zimmer, jedoch schlechte Mattratzen. Ganz negativ - Klimaanlage ging nicht, war eigentlich der Hauptgrund der Buchung !

Leider verfügt die Unterkunft über keine eigenen Parkplätze mehr obwohl dies bei Expedia angegeben ist. Ansonsten war ich mit dieser Unterkunft sehr zufrieden sehr sauber sehr großes Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet

Wird dem Premium im Namen leider nicht gerecht.

Am bislang heißesten Tag des Jahres eröffnete man mir beim CheckIn auf Frage nach der Klimatisierung, dass diese seit Wochen nicht funktioniert. Für mich vollkommen unfassbar, warum man diesen Defekt nicht behebt. Mich erwartete ein stark aufgeheiztes Zimmer mit Abendsonne. Nicht einmal die Vorhänge waren zugezogen zum Wärmeschutz. Es standen lediglich dicke Decken zur Verfügung. Vor meinem Fenster war ein Fahnenmast des Hoteleingangs. Durch die zwangsweise notwendige durchgehende Lüftung wurde ich nachts von durchgehend klappernden Drahtseilen am Fahnenmast wachgehalten. Ich habe daher eine der unangenehmsten Nächte seit Langem erleben müssen. Das Personal hat netterweise die Parkkosten erlassen, mich aber darauf hingewiesen, dass ja auch online gar keine Klimatisierung mehr angegeben sei. Ich reise seit Jahren viel, auf den Eintrag Klimaanlage habe ich jedoch tatsächlich noch nie geachtet. Diese setzte ich bisher bei Häusern dieser Kategorie voraus... Man lernt nie aus. Wohlgemerkt ist ja auch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, sie wird einfach nicht repariert.
