Zimmer waren gut, aber Frühstück gab es beide Tage angetrocktes Gemüse . Wurst und Käse waren ebenfalls mehrere Tage am Buffet auch sehr angetrocknet. Die Brötchen waren hart bestimmt vom Vortag . Für zwei Personen war 1 gekochtes Ei vorhanden. Leider davon enttäuscht.

Nein Danke, Hotel geht anders...

Gebuchtes Deluxe Zimmer wurde mir vorenthalten und nochmals 20 € für ein/das Deluxe Zimmer verlangt (da hotels.com sich hier angeblich vertan hätte). Wurde von mir abgelehnt. Reise viel, aber mit Service oder Kundenfreundlichkeit hat es nichts zu tun.....Frühstück sehr spartanisch, allerdings sehr guter Filter Kaffee..

Optisch macht es was her und auch das Essen im Restaurant soll sehr gut sein. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein, es gab kein housekeeping (ab und an gab es aber doch mal frische Handtücher) und das Bett war sehr unbequem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, allerdings etwas lieblos. Außerdem riecht es sehr nach Rauch im Restaurant/Frühstückssaal (angrenzend darf irgendwo geraucht werden)

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service und Personal

Alles noch sehr neu, sauber, Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück war lecker, wir haben auch in dem Steakhaus gegessen, auf Holzkohle gebrutzelt - super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Grundsätzlich ist hier erstmal zu sagen, dass es sich um eine tolle, sehr moderne und schicke Hotelanlage mit einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente handelt – wirkt auch alles sehr neu. Ein sehr netter Empfang beim Check In mit tollem Service. Das Zimmer war zwar auch schick, modern, sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, aber für den Übernachtungspreis viel zu klein – sobald man seine Taschen irgendwo abstellte, musste man zwangsläufig darüber stolpern, weil es alles zu eng war. Ein toller, großer Fernseher, ein gemütliches Bett und ein Schreibtisch, der leider auch zu klein war, aber dafür mit freier Steckdose, waren vorhanden – sehr schön. Auch das Bad war sehr modern und sauber, aber auch zu eng, auch das Waschbecken war so klein und niedrig angebracht, dass es nicht mehr wirklich komfortabel war. Die Dusche war größer, prima und barrierefrei, aber leider war nach dem Duschen auch der komplette Toilettenbereich klatschnass. Das Frühstück war schlicht und einfach, für mich okay, aber dadurch leider auch nichts Besonderes. Sehr unangenehm empfand ich, dass niemand hier mit Maske sich bewegte (außer der Mitarbeiter beim Empfang am Abend) und auch niemand darauf angesprochen wurde – ich finde, das müsste anders sein!
