“We chose it for the spa which was well looked after and in good quality. The room was very tired, soft furnishing were ok but paint and decor was very old as was the bathroom. Food at the linden was adequate but at London prices. We only ate there once.”

“I stayed in the dog friendly room which was ok but not great. The carpets were stained and when we first walked in the room we could smell dog it wasn't a fresh smell. “This was our first visit to see what it was like to give us future options and to compare it with Doxford Hall where we usually stay for short breaks. We are sorry to give only 4 stars for this particular stay, the property and room quality were both excellent as were the staff we interacted with but the stay was let down by a problem with shortage of kitchen staff due to illness.
