The service was formidable, we arrived early and only wanted to take off our luggage. The hotel staff directly checked if our room was ready (eventhough incheck is around 15:00 and we where there around 10:30). Luckily for us the room was already clean and we could go there to change and put our luggage away. All questions where answerd nicely and polite. Breakfast was very good

Over het algemeen was alles dik in orde. Nadeel vonden we dat er geen hand- en theedoek was en afwasmiddel, terwijl je wel je servies weer netjes on de kast wilt zetten. Voor slechts 1 nacht koop je zoiets niet... Eerder inchecken was helaas niet mogelijk zonder bijbetaling, ondanks dat we al op het eiland waren ivm verblijf in de buurt. Kingsize bed is fantastisch! Zeker met de draaibare tv 😉 Ontbijt was ook geweldig!

Wir kannten die Unterkunft bereits und wussten, worauf wir uns einließen. Leider war aber der tägliche Reinigungszustand im Zimmer eher mäßig, Sand wurde wohl nicht vom Fußboden entfernt oder mangelhaft. Vier Tage war es laut, da die Bewohner des Zimmers darüber Party, auch nachts machen mussten. Insgesamt auch sehr hellhöriges Gebäude und nachts lärmende Nachtschwärmer.

Fast nur Englisch sprechendes Personal, schlecht eingearbeitet. Stinkt im Flur vom Zimmer nach Chlor. Keine Klima, nicht so schlimm aber auch keinen Fliegenschutz um Fenster zu öffnen. Nur Standventilator. Kühlschrank ohne Funktion. Auf Nachfrage 30 neue sind bestellt. Ist zwar OK bringt aber auch keine Abhilfe. Personal ist aber super nett und versucht überall zu helfen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und es gab eine Kaffee- und Teekochmöglichkeit mit Kapseln und Teebeutel. Für ein Wochenende voll OK aber nicht für länger…

Het hotel is prima in het midden gelegen op het eiland. Doordat het restaurant personeel niet is opgeleid en vrijwel geen Nederlands spreekt zijn we in Nes gaan dineren. Daar zijn uitstekende restaurants met verrassende menu's. Het personeel daar blijkt wel te zijn opgeleid. Het eiland is bij uitstek ge bezoeken met een (E)fiets. Het hotel heeft in de fietsenstalling overigens te weinig aansluitingen om de fiets op te laden (veel mensen namen de accu mee naar de kamer).

Prima hotel. Echter geen airco en er stond ook geen ventilator . Wel warme kamer! Koelkast werkte niet. Ondanks melding is dit niet verholpen tijdens ons verblijf Douchestraal te armetierig. Te weinig boilercapaciteit! Opstapje ontbijt ruimte erg gevaarlijk. Er gingen diverse hotelgangers onderuit!
