The hotel was located in a great part of Nerja close to many restaurants, bars and other establishments. The hotel also has a pool and a restaurant which were very nice.

Lovely room, friendly efficient staff on reception. Nice pool area and shared tv room (tv in room too), we had take out breakfast due to an early flight. Only negative our room was at the front opposite an Irish bar so quite noisy at night. Easily walkable to local restaurants and the beach

The rooms were good sizes and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dining room, bar and pool area lovely. My two issues was that the complimentary coffees were not replaced automatically and the breakfast was not kept hot enough. However, I would definitely return maybe not have inclusive breakfast.

Great Location, Zero Hospitality

From the moment I arrived, it felt as though the front-desk clerk was granting me a personal favor instead of simply doing his job. The room didn’t help: every shift on the bed set it rattling and squeaking like an old shopping cart. • Service? More like self-service. I phoned for an ironing board and was told, “Come fetch it yourself—anything you want, you come down.” Oddly, when I requested extra towels the next morning, they did deliver them… but only after grilling me for the used ones, as if I might be running a black-market towel operation. • Breakfast of no champions. The “sunny-side-up” eggs were clearly premade, rubbery and ringed with crispy brown edges. When I asked for a fresh batch, the attendant insisted they’d been cooked just fifteen minutes earlier. My taste buds—and common sense—disagreed. • Pool of disappointment. A quick dip was impossible; the water reeked of stale chemicals and damp gym socks. One whiff sent me straight back to the squeaky bed. All told, the staff seem programmed to respond “no” first and figure out customer care later. A great location can’t save a place that treats guests like inconveniences. I checked in expecting hospitality and checked out wondering if anyone here ever learned what that word means.

Lovely hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at Sibarys! Big, clean room with nice balcony overlooking the pool area. Bathroom spacious too. Breakfast room nice where you can sit outside by the pool area (or indoors). Quick service with coffee, tea etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel located very close to beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. Balcón de Europa in just a short walk. No parking outside the hotel entrance so drive to the big parking at the back. It was cheap to park there and you can get a discount from the hotel.

Had a four day break here and had a wonderful time. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were attentive and helpful. I contacted the hotel by email before visiting to ask about a change to our room and they answered within half an hour and accommodated my needs. Advised us when we wanted to use public transport. It was quiet and just far enough away from the busy parts of Nerja, but an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Will definitely visit again

Everything you could ask for - early check in, clean and comfortable room, powerful and warm shower and lovely staff. Location was fantastic with Balcon 10 minutes or so walk and lots of local bars and restaurants. Shame about the rain but that was spectacular watching as well.

The staff really do make this place, friendly, chatty and efficient. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. The pool area needs a little TLC. The rooms are compact, but the beds are uncomfortable unfortunately and the hotel is a bit noisy, I think the walls must be thin, so the noise does travel. The location is great though, and the car park is a bonus. I think it’s value for money.
