Horrible experience. The lady at the front desk called me names, kicked me out and refused to give me a refund

Very Clean with very nice people. I felt very safe here. The only negative is it is right next to a highway so when it is a discount room that says highway view, be aware you are not looking at a highway in the distance. You are in some cases yards away. I had a room on the other side and I could not hear the highway noise.

I love this hotel. It's my preferred stay when in Louisville. The staff, the rooms the lobby bar. The place is great
