Easy check in, affordable. Somewhat sketchy area, but that’s not the property’s fault per say. Room reeked of cigarettes but was fairly clean. It just looked cheap where renovated or old where not renovated. It’s what you expect with the price though, no complaints.

Kiteville is perfect for a small family it has a full kitchen and separate living and sleeping area. The units are super clean it’s super affordable. It’s super quiet I never hear anything coming from the neighbors.

That place is very dairy is contaminated with lotta roaches the blanker the cover sheet on the bed was dirty and We had to clean the place when we got there. We couldn’t find nobody to clean it. Nobody show up to clean the place. Never

outdated, stove had broken burners I found old pizza boxes with pizza in the oven Not very clean Staff does not understand English They changed the door code at 10:30 while I was still in the unit so I could not leave because I could not get back in to obtain my luggage

The good - spacious room The bad - 12 or more bug bites on my arms, hands, head and neck. The sheets are a yellow print so it is hard to see the bugs. The bedding looks tired and worn. I can only hope I did not bring them home. Wash everything and leave your suitcase in a hot trunk.
