I couldnt take a comfortable shower. The water wouldnt get hot and it ended up all over the floor. I only had 3 rough towels to dry off with and dry the floor.

We had a flood in our room when the bathtub was draining. The front desk lady said she would contact Expedia to arrange for a price reduction/refund…never happened. The new tiles were cracked in the room we were moved to, and the room supplies were very limited and of poor quality. The parking space outside by the rooms was littered with cigarette butts.

We too are not fond of the constant cigarette butts that are tossed onto the floor DAILY, we do provide many trash cans and butt cans throughout the property however we have not mastered the art of getting people to use them. We apologize for the inconvenience of the toilet overflowing onto the floor. though the desk clerk tried to do all she could to accommodate the situation and was able to get you into another room, we do apologize that it was not on the same floor we do understand that was important to you. We are looking into why you have not received any information from the discount situation. Again, we apologize for the issues that occurred during your stay and hope you give us another chance to earn back your business.

There was nothing unique about this property but for the price it was average. The "breakfast" left something to be desired. Twinkies, etc. are not breakfast food IMHO. The advertised internet was not available. There is a small note in the office saying it might not be accessible in all areas -- it was even available in the office! Couldn't make a reservation for our next stop so that was very disappointing.
