2/10 Terrible

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
AFTER checking in, staff member says, by the way, we don’t have any hot water. What???!!! With no other options, we go to our room and the door won’t open. Seriously!!!! We were told, sorry. We are having a lot of issues right now because we just opened. Maybe they aren’t quite ready to be open yet. Hmmm. Really rough stay. Do not recommend.
