Met our needs in terms of comfort and access, with friendly service as well. Don’t know if there is a way to the second floor other than stairs. Our room was near some utility making noise. We would stay again.

It is very clean and although the building looks a little dated, the room we were in looks recently renovated and freshly painted. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly
