very spacious traditional Japanese room, everything was clean and comfortable. Good facilities like sento and coin laundry available on site. AEON is very nearby for grocery shopping. Hotel was expensive though.

悪天候で、他の予定をキャンセルして早めに宿に向かったため14:30過ぎに到着してしまったが、快く部屋を使わせていただき助かりました。部屋も清潔で大浴場もあり、イオンも近く買い物にも便利でした。また根室に行くことがあれば利用させていただきます。

ホテルは良いけど、周辺の食事処は。。。

ホテルに頂いたクーポンを持って、近くのレストランに行きましたが、予約なしでは入れませんでした。 近くでお酒を飲もうと思うとレストランを探すのが難しかったでした。

設備やスタッフの方の対応は良かったです。 周りというか、駅からホテルまでの道にお店が少ないですが、スーパー(イオン)が近いのは少し助かりました。 夜遅く、酔っぱらいの騒音(話し声やドアの開閉音など)がうるさかったです。
