We spent 2 days in Negril. The hotel is in good condition ad the staff were superb. The waitress sering us breakfast was exceptional she went out her way to serve us. The food isa bit pricey but we enjoyed it.

From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Staff at check in and the restaraunt was very friend and extremely professional. Shanoy at the restaraunt exceptionally accomodating by dropping off a breakfast menu to our room because we couldnt down liaf the app. Property is clean, well maintained and beautiful. We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were beautiful, but what stood out most of all was the staff. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was so nice, knowledgeable, and helfpul. From the bartenders to the front desk, restaurant staff were so amazing.

The property is stunning and the staff is some of the friendliest I’ve met. It’s super quiet so if you’re looking to relax this is definitely the place for you. The chef was outstanding some of the best food we’ve had in Jamaica. Spa services were all good. My only criticism is that the price for food is a bit high and they will charge you for every glass of ice tea or whatever non alcoholic beverages you are drinking. It made a high end stay into a super expensive stay.
