We arrived earlier than check in time and to our surprise, the room was made available before check in time and I really appreciate that. The receptionist is very helpful. The room was clean and the amenities included served their purpose. There seems to be some renovations happening so the property was a bit disrupted. The pool appeared to need some cleaning, the water looked cloudy oddly however the beach was really great! There’s no restaurant on the property or it may not have been opened on that day so you have to get your meals off site. The one night stay was great regardless.

Simple but clean room with private balcony, refrigerator, cold AC, nice and clean bathroom with hot water and good water pressure in shower. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice housekeeping. Beautiful location on large beach, plenty of beach chairs available, shade trees and great access to the crystal clear water. Beautiful whiter sand, no trash on the beach, well kept. Delicious and affordable restaurants next door and in short walking distance. Property has fully recovered from the hurricane, zero issues or inconveniences due to the storm. Please don't cancel your reservation because you are concerned about that.

I stayed there on 2 separate occasions this May.My first stay on H block was closer to the beach but I was accommodated on the 3rd floor and no change was possible despite my mobility issues with stairs. Apartment was spacious and clean. Good water pressure and hot water. Beach was great.Rentals $500JA per day for a floating device. Beach had only a few trees for shade but I made new friends sharing the space. Had to go next door for breakfast at 840AM as" restaurant opened late."..so I was told by a beach staff. Pool was kinda lack lustre. It was too small for my liking ...no nearby bar..no music. No water toys etc. It was dark blue so I couldn't tell if it was clean down below. Grounds were clean and there were pool benches and umbrellas available. Couldn't get front desk on the phone easily. My second stay was in the first block. It was also a nice apartment but there were many locals staying.. which is fine but they were too loud. Motor bikes coming and going frequently late into the night like 3 AM..Weed smoking, djs singing in the hallway, no security came to quiet or control the disturbances. Couldn't wait to leave. I honestly didn't feel safe to make a complaint so I endured it. Checking in and out was a breeze after hours. Just collect keys from front desk or security and drop keys in drop box on the way out. Parking was fine also. Not sure ill stay again...but maybe!

We reached after check in hours and the security had our key. He was very professional and made sure that we were the right person for the room. He directed us where we should park. The property is has beautiful flower bushes around it, and well maintained. Our room was cleaned, and the AC worked really well. In our room we had a mini fridge that was already plugged in and a television. The room is very spacious. In the closet there is a safe for you to put your personal belongings. There is a lot of drawer space to put your clothes. The bathroom was nice, this is an older property so don’t expect one of the newest bathroom standard but enough space to put all your necessities. The hot water pressure was amazing. They supply you with two towels, two small soap, please bring your washcloths, etc. The property has its own beach area with a lot of seating options. Everyone was pleasant and nice. The only thing I would change is letting them know the area I would like to stay (beach side), at check in as I was facing the road and I could hear every cars. Overall a good stay. Big up Miss. Kaydia the receptionist, and Indian (Horse back tour person). He was very patient.
