A great small boutique hotel. All staff has been attentive and detailed oriented. Like most was their breakfast. Hotel did not offer buffet but the course by course covered a lot of selections. The hotel is not located beach front but it was fine. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Outstanding Restaurant

Beautiful room with comfortable bed and great shower. Super friendly staff. The dinner at The restaurant was OUTSTANDING! Make a reservation as people come from the outside to eat there.

Amazing hidden gem in negombo fabulous service start till the end. We arrived 3am after 2days of flying hotel sent a driver to pick us up and helped us with everything while we were there great restaurant best dining experience staff was so professional accommodating food was delious

Lovely place in Negombo near the beach. Room was comfortable and had wonderful pillows. Just the right mix of softness and firmness. Appreciated the airport pickup. That made arrival easy given we came in on an early evening flight. Overall, recommend this hotel.

Perfect one night stopover when arriving

Needed to stay near the airport prior to leaving Colombo. Only 20 min drive to the airport. Would also be a good place to stay if arriving in Sri Lanka and heading north Staff welcoming and accommodating. Lovely comfortable room. Great meals. Airport transfer included in price. Safe hotel if you’re a female travelling solo.

Wonderful oasis in Sri Lanka

Resort was helpful in making transfer to/from airport and had a nice restaurant on site. Room was large and well organized. No A/C but the ceiling fan and balcony were nice. We were out on excursions so didn't see much of the room. The staff was amazing. It was about 30 minutes from the airport and taxi was $15 USD/pp for the return. $5/pp for pick-up with a sign at arrivals.

Comfortable, clean but I was disturbed by noise.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and pretty well located with staff who were very responsive to a couple of minor issues. The main reasons I didn't give a higher rating is because of: * noise generated by some inconsiderate guests partying through the night which highlighted that the rooms are not very sound-proof * no pool nor anywhere really to relax outside your room (apart from the restaurant and reception).
