The hotel is verry close to the bus stand. The hotel manager was verry helpfull and gave us a suppoprt at any question. The garden is beautiful and the room was clean.

まず地図と違うホテルに連れていかれた。 バスターミナルに近いから選んだのに1km離れていた。 シャワーは水のみ。

絶対に予約してはいけません。

ここは絶対に予約してはいけません。 掲載していること自体、私には理解できません。 理由はいくつかありますが、順を追って書きます。 1.場所がわからない。 　看板がでておらず、現地に行っても確実にわかりません。 　目の前に行っても、ここが本当にマズホームステイなのかどうかを確かめる術がないんです。看板が出てないので。 　一見して、普通の住宅です。 　たまたま隣のホステルやっている人が顔を出してきたので、その人に聞いて初めてわかりました。 　これでは初めての人がたどり着くことは100%無理だといっても過言ではありません。 　なお、近くのトゥクトゥクのドライバーも、近所の料理屋の人も知りませんでした。 　私はタクシーで空港から向かいましたが、ドライバーが道を質問しまくっても全くわからない。ここに電話して聞いているのにも関わらず、わからないというさんざんな状態です。 　タクシードライバーはあきらめて違うところに私を連れて行こうとしましたが、お金先払いなので、拒否して無理やり降りて自分で何とか探しました。 　そこでげっそりです。 　 2.泊まれない。 　何とかたどり着いたら、いきなりバイクに乗れと。 　ついた先は、別のゲストハウス。 　chelli homestayという場所です。 　価格は調べればわかると思いますが、ここより安い場所です。 　バスターミナルから近いので選択したのに、バスターミナルから1kmも離れたところに連れていかれました。 　そこで新しいところのオーナーにお金を渡すも、少ないとか言ってもめ始める始末。多分1000ルピーくらい支払ってもめ始めたのでしょう。あと100くれとか言ってましたから。 　客の前でこれですからやってられません。 3.事前に到着時間を気にしてた 　多分自分のところでも客を取っていて、ここが満室になったときに別にところに客を転送しているのでしょう。 そのため、非常に到着時刻を気にしていました。 泊まれませんでしたので、本当の室内の状況などは不明ですが、そもそも、どこにあるのかわからないような場所に行くこと自体が無謀だと思います。 ほかの人の投稿にもあります通り、非常にひどい扱いを受けることもあるので、個人的には絶対にお勧めしません。 というか、こういう宿を掲載し続けていること自体、hotels.comの信頼性に問題が発生すると思います。

違うホテルに案内されたにも関わらず、説明や謝罪は一切なし。

まず、グーグルマップにこちらのホテルの表示が２つあり、どちらに行けばいいのか分かりづらいです。深夜に空港からUberを利用してホテルに向かいましたが、ドライバーが道に迷いホテルの人が迎えに来ることに。ただ、案内されたホテルはマズホームステイではなく、違う場所でした。それについての説明や謝罪も一切なく、付いていた朝ごはんも提供されませんでした。丁寧に対応して頂いただけに、ちゃんと説明がなされなかったことがとても残念です。バスターミナルから近いので便利ですが、深夜到着や女性ひとりでの利用にはお勧めしません。

Lief en behulpzaam personeel...maakte veel goed..

Het hotel stelt niets voor...slechte bedden en hygiëne...volgens onze Nederlandse normen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Disappointed!Place totaly not matching description

Sorry to Sato that but unluckily nothing written on the description is real. The airport pick up is not included, the place do not have any beach nearby, the room has not private toilet, just one shared with other guests. No mosquito net. Raven no blanket of any kind. Only good is that is nearby the airport. But then, if you are headed to Colombo no one is willing to drive you there. The indication was: take a bus! Not suggested place to stay. Maybe just for a sleepover if your fly is delade. For same price, there are way many more beautiful places nearby.

Great staff

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are basic but clean. The man working here is fantastic! He helped me plan my bus route to Tissa, showed me how to get to certain places in Negombo, provided me with an umbrella to shade myself ruin the intense sun while walking around, etc. it's a 2min walk to the bus station as well

バスターミナルのすぐそば

深夜に空港に到着して、自分でタクシーを拾って行きましたが、分かりづらい場所で、1時間近くも迷うことになりました。住所と電話番号は控えていたのですが、正確な地図を調べとけば良かったです。到着したらすぐに部屋へ通してくれ、有難かったです。共同のバスルームがひとつしか無いようで、シャワーを浴びていると他の人がトイレに入れません。深夜でも何度かドアをガチャガチャされ焦せらされました。シャワーのお湯はしっかり出るのが良かったです。バスターミナルが目と鼻の先なので、移動前の一泊には便利でした。

翌朝早くからのバスでの移動に最適

スリランカ滞在初日、21時着の飛行機だったため、コロンボではなく空港からも近いニゴンボを宿泊地に選択。さらに翌日はシギリヤへ行く予定だったため、バスターミナルの近くのこのホテルに泊まりました。 バスターミナルはホテルから徒歩2分、さらにその向かいにスーパーマーケットもあり利便性は抜群です。おかげで翌朝6時55分発のバスに乗り、クルネガラで乗り換えをしてダンブッラ→シギリヤまですんなり行くことができました。 部屋は価格相応です。寝るだけと考えていれば全く問題はなく、クーラーはありませんがシーリングファンが付いているのでそれなりに涼しく過ごすこともできます。トイレ・シャワー（温水）・洗面は共同なので、シャンプーなどは事前に準備が必要です。

夜遅くに到着したにも関わらず、待っててくれたのは良かったが、値段の割に部屋は良くないしバス、トイレは共同なので不便。
