Plenty of room to park by the Guest House & as an occupational therapist, I was impressed that there was excellent provision for people with mobility issues in the room. It’s in a beautiful & peaceful area. Highly recommended. Da iawn!

Perfect pit stop!

A really comfortable and well appointed place to stay. Very peaceful, with excellent gardens and a fantastic view down into the valley. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, self service breakfast was great and all for an extremely reasonable price!

What a lovely place to stay. Very nice garden and people. Very pretty part of town. Room was small but delightfully decorated and lovely view of garden. Had a bit of trouble working out the shower temp but eventually got it right!

Great Break

Great find, slighly off the beaten track, with great views. The bedroom and onsuite was suitable for us, and the light breakfast as ok. Plenty of restaurants in Neath and the surrounding area

Spacious room in a pretty location

I will stay here again if traveling nearby; A friendly welcome, free safe off-road car parking, and a lovely location with some stunning views just a short way out of the town. A proper cooked breakfast was included and the room and en-suite was spacious.

When we arrived Ashley was there to greet us and show us round. The communal rooms were spacious and inviting. Breakfast was more than adequate. We throughly enjoyed our few days away.
