“Katastrof!!!! Vi hade bokat rum via Hotels.com och när vi anlände för att checka in fick vi besked att det inte fanns någon bokning då de bytt ägare. Vi hade bokningsbekräftelse och allt men inget hjälpte de hänvisade till kontakt med Hotels.com som inte lämnat något besked och inte ens svarat på mail som skickades för 6 dagar sedan. Detta är under all kritik kommer inte boka fler gånger med Hotels.com är jätte besviken”
