The room was clean and well appointed. The front desk, dining room and cleaning staff were pleasant and hospitable. The breakfast (included) was very good with a large selection of hot and cold breakfast options. The hotel was located directly on the beach and the sights and sounds of the surf was awesome. We had a very good stay and would love to return in the future.

It was good for the price we paid for sure. Beachfront view was awesome! A little noisy at night but you are on the main road so I enjoyed it. You will need an eye mask for sleeping if you get beachfront as there is a bright street light right outside. Good value.

That house location is excellent. Is right on the beach and boardwalk area. Our room was on the side, but we still had a great view of the ocean and sunset. My only complaint is that the rooms are much smaller than they appear online and the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. It is very dated and worn.
