Hotel is nice and clean, but the staff is horrible, they were rude, lines for drinks were awful at least 20 min long. They have no servers around pool area, no sense of customer care. They just don’t care. Very short staffed.
I’ve been to other RIU hotels and never experienced this problem before.

Beautiful location, staff was great Rigoberto and Estella were very attentive, espectacular place would strongly recommend.

This was our second time staying here, we had an amazing time the first time & coming back for the second time just proved to us why we decided to come back. Absolutely love it here!

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the area was very peaceful and felt extremely safe. What impressed me the most was the way they treated their guests. They truly make every customer feel special, comfortable, and cared for, almost like you’re at home with family. The pools were beautiful, the service was excellent, and everything about our stay was perfect. I honestly have nothing negative to say. If there were a rating higher than 5 stars, I would definitely choose the highest one. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
