My main complaint about the beach was the massage vendors harassing you before you even got to the beach , and at the shower when washing off sand . The new lounge cushions around the pool were very comfortable and a good idea however they were very hot if not covered and we found very sweaty making the towels wet when laying on them . The general areas were kept very clean and tidy as were the rooms . The bar staff were very good , as were the entertainment staff , very friendly .

Our stay was pretty good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and the food was very good. Unfortunately we went during low season and it was quieter than we hoped for our kiddo to find a kid to play with and the Kids Club seemed very quiet. The pool is nice but not so kid friendly (like lots of places to socialize but not necessarily for kids fun with a slide or splash area). The room was very nice (well decorated, plenty of space, all the details accounted for) but the bed was pretty hard for our liking. One thing I loved about our stay, the resort collects olive ridley sea turtle nests to protect them from predators on the beach then releases them into the bay when they hatch, so I saw that one morning.
