This hotel has a beautiful pool, free parking, and a decent breakfast included. The room was very simple, which was fine, since the price was good. My only complaint is it is very noisy during the night since it is close to the road and people in the area where loud until very late.

The room itself is nothing luxurious, but clean, spacious and with a hot shower. The property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful landscaping. The pool is huge, clean, and glorious. The staff was welcoming and responsive. They were always smiling and friendly. The location is perfect. Steps from a grocery, the beach, and restaurants and shops. I would stay here again without hesitation!!

The only good thing about the hotel was the pool and staff. Our room was very old and run down. The AC had a smell, the shower was barely functioning, and the fridge was not even working. There was also some sort of booking issue that meant they had to move us to their sister hotel for our 2nd night. The owner however was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The area is very convenient with many restaurants close, the beach a 5 min walk away, and a few markets close by.

Poor Customer Service

We really wanted to like this hotel. The location is very good and the pool and garden area is lovely but the customer service left a lot to be desired. We were given a new room which would have been lovely if it was finished. We were told we were the first guests in the room which you could tell as the room had not had a final clean after construction and was not completely ready. The floors still had paint and glue spots, tiles in the bathroom dusty, stickers and writing still on windows, TV not connect connected to antennas and, worst of all, no blinds or curtains on the windows. When we questioned this the staff seemed to just blame everyone else without trying the fix the problems. When we insisted on at least some sort of window covering so we could sleep they tried to put on sheets on the windows which didn’t work. They then sticky-taped paper to the windows which kept falling off until I suggested using stronger tape than just sticky tape. The staff were always blaming someone else without apology or any recognition that this situation was unacceptable to a guest or offering any form of compensation (not even a free breakfast). The curtains finally arrived on our 4th and last day.

It’s literally the first property I’ve stayed on that had a pool. The grounds were immaculate, beautiful trees, and flowers everywhere. It’s a family owned business very helpful just lovely. They also have many drinks, including Fredo cappuccino basically a really strong iced cappuccino that I’ve become addicted to in my stay increase. They also have alcoholic beverages and there’s a nice area to hang out and watch a soccer game if you like, and the value was unbelievable.

We love the place. The villas 'naxian queen' are amazing. This time we stayed in a cheap and cheerful one bed apartment which has everything you could need and a proper bargain. But could do with some updates with decor (and new curtain). Beautiful pool area. But if on a budget, you can't go wrong.

We had a split level executive room, which was nicely renovated and clean. The larger bed is upstairs, so I wouldn’t recommend this room for anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs are very steep. The smaller bed below is suitable for a child or young teenager, but was a bit small for our adult child. The pool area is really nice, as is the landscaping. The location is walkable to everything with a market only a couple buildings away. The family the runs the hotel are accommodating & helpful.

Niente di speciale. Pro : camera pulita, spaziosa, bella piscina e lettini, ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare e pochi minuti per arrivare a Naxos Old Town. Parcheggio interno. Pulizia e cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. In zona tanti ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Contro : personale come inesistente, reception sempre vuota perchè chi se ne occupa lavora anche al bar, ho contattato giorni prima del mio arrivo il numero fornito ma nessuna risposta, due volte. Inoltre, sopratutto, una struttura con stanze ristrutturate NON PUÒ PERMETTERSI di avere i condizionatori AMMUFFITI. L’ho segnalato al personale e mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto… hanno solo pulito esternamente il bocchettone lasciando la muffa all’interno. Non li ho potuti utilizzare per ragioni ovvie, anche se per fortuna con la finestra aperta non faceva caldissimo di notte… però centro entravano le zanzare. Ti lasciano il lenzuolo piegato sul letto senza rifartelo, se vuoi te lo rifai da solo. Frigo bar vuoto, senza neanche una bottiglia d’acqua.

Det var ett fräscht rum, vi hade massionette med bubbelpool på övre balkongen. Bra med yta, och städningen va väldigt bra. Poolen va ren och fräsch och personalen va väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi var där med två barn. Och om vinintresserade badade i poolen så låg stranden max 200m därifrån, och går du i ca 5-10min så har du en fantastisk strand precis bredvid. Mataffärer och restauranger i väldigt nära anslutning.
