This is an absolute gem, it is incredibly close to the bus station, I’m talking about literally right outside the hotel. It was super convenient to get around. However, even better than that was the staff by far the friendliest staff we experienced all trip. They are extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was another one of the highlights which is included with the stay. We also loved our room with the balcony overlooking the beach. All around an incredible stay, could not have asked for more!

Esperienza deludente – struttura con potenziale, ma gestione ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Purtroppo, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata decisamente deludente, soprattutto considerando che viene presentato come un hotel 4 stelle. Parto dal punto più negativo: il cibo. La qualità è davvero molto scarsa, con pietanze eccessivamente unte e una scelta estremamente limitata. La cena, peraltro, viene servita in una sala dove gli spazi sono così ridotti che risulta persino difficile muoversi comodamente tra i tavoli e il buffet. Un altro aspetto incomprensibile è che, avendo la mezza pensione, durante la cena viene fornita esclusivamente acqua naturale: nessun’altra bevanda inclusa.per la tosse. Le uova sode erano regolarmente stracotte, al punto che l’interno diventava verde. A peggiorare ulteriormente l’esperienza durante i pasti c’è poi un comportamento del personale che ho trovato piuttosto particolare: alcune persone rimangono in piedi, immobili, a fissare gli ospiti mentre si servono al buffet, dando quasi la sensazione di essere sorvegliati, atteggiamento che non contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. Alcuni aspetti, infatti, risultano poco comprensibili per una struttura di questa categoria. La mia impressione finale è che la struttura, in sé, avrebbe un bel potenziale, ma viene gestita in maniera tale da non valorizzarlo affatto

La chambre était correcte dans l’ensemble, mais nous avons été déçues par certains aspects. L’emplacement est assez éloigné et les transports en commun ne sont pas toujours fiables. Il n’y a pas vraiment de trottoirs dans les alentours, donc je déconseille cet hôtel si vous n’avez pas de voiture ou de moyen de transport. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais assez basique. En revanche, le ménage était vraiment décevant : les draps n’étaient pas changés et le sol n’était pas nettoyé correctement. Ils semblaient surtout se contenter de retendre les draps. Le matelas était assez mou et les oreillers très durs, même si cela reste évidemment une question de préférence personnelle. La climatisation ne refroidissait également pas suffisamment la chambre. Cela dit, la chambre en elle-même était correcte et nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Mais au vu des prestations, je ne considérerais personnellement pas cet établissement comme un véritable hôtel 4 étoiles.

La struttura è tipica di un resort con piccoli studios e un paio di piscine per gli ospiti di cui una grande per adulti e una piccola per marmocchi con presenza di idro massaggio che però non si accendeva. Sul vs sito si segnala presenza gym e spa con saune peccato che non specificate che sono a pagamento. Cosa normale per i massaggi ma non certo per usufruire di tali servizi. Distante 3,5km dal porto di Naxos e 1,5km da Agios Prokopios. Si la struttura non è ne sul mare e nemmeno vicino al mare, serve un mezzo che per fortuna ho noleggiato. Colazione basica, nulla di che. Sufficienza piena nel complesso ma lontano da per dire eccellente.
