We loved our stay at Crystal Mare Suites, and would have loved to stay longer. The room was perfectly clean, well laid out, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was great, only a short drive (5 minutes) or 20-ish minute easy walk to the port / town. The onsite parking was a huge plus. The beach is an easy walk away, with a number of seaside restaurants along the beach on the walk to town. Elisavet, the owner, was so accommodating and friendly, and made our stay. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to friends staying, and would love to come back again one day.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Crystal Mare Suites. We traveled as a group of six and reserved two suites, and everything was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. Elizabeth is an exceptional host. Her kindness, generosity, warmth, and flexibility made our stay unforgettable. I accidentally informed her that we were five guests instead of six, and as soon as she realized the mistake, she simply asked for a few minutes to prepare the room for the third person. She handled everything with grace and a smile. The next morning, she surprised us with a tray of fresh tomatoes from her own garden after noticing that we were preparing breakfast. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that we will always remember. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and about 10 minutes from Naxos Town, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Saying goodbye to Elizabeth was surprisingly emotional. Her genuine hospitality made us feel truly cared for. If we are fortunate enough to return to Greece, staying at Crystal Mare Suites in Naxos would be an easy choice because of her. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making us feel so welcome.

Our stay at Crystal Mare was fabulous. The room and property was immaculate. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It was about a 20 minute walk to get to the Port, but it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being able to walk to and from our meals/activities. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I hope we get to come back again one day!

Hotel and the people working there were great. Had a big clean room with a nice view to the water. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants and really wasn't too far from town via the beachfront. Wonderful time!

We had an amazing stay! Elizabeth, the property owner and Carmen went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time in Naxos. They provided us with several recommendations on things to do around the island and places to eat and arranged a rental car for us. The room was perfect and spacious and had everything we needed as well. It was quiet and we were a quick walk to the town and beach!

Naxos Town gem of a B&B

Great little family run B&B with supa friendly owners (Elisabet) willing to help at every turn. Breakfast fab. Spotlessly clean and comfy beds. Short walk to the lovely beach and around a 20 minute walk into the centre of Naxos town. If you have luggage arriving from the ferry, it will be around a 25-30 minute walk or Elisabet can arrange a taxi for €15-20 We loved our stay in Naxos and will be back.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Naxos! The owner and the staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived. They paid attention and met every single detail we needed. I never had staff as friendly and thoughtful as this hotel. Elizabeth (the hotel owner) offered to drive us to a nearby beach herself. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel is about a five minute walk to a nice sandy organized beach. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants in the area. The hotel was updated and very clean. Hotel also provided us with beach towels.

Everything about Crystal Mare was exceptional! The grounds and room were spotless. Elisavet and her staff were amazing. Hospitable, friendly and very helpful. They arranged transport from the port and arranged a car rental to be delivered to the hotel. Location was perfect. A nice walk to get into town and the beach was a 4 min walk with plenty of tavernas. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of selections to start your day. Rooms and bathroom were very spacious and patio was a delight. No attention to detail were missed. Words cannot express how incredibly pleased we were.

Beautiful hotel and Elizabeth is a lovely host! The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious! Naxos was beautiful and we enjoyed renting an atv to visit the olive museum and eat at rotanda and visit aperathos (all were the highlight of our trip to Naxos) A reminder to tourists: do NOT drink the water in Chora. It made me violently sick for a day.

The owner Elisavet was extremely welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival, she presented us with a map of the island as well as suggestions for restaurants in the area. We went to several of the recommendations, they were all top notch! The room was clean and well kept, and her attention to detail makes all the difference. It’s quiet, modern, close to the beach, what more could you ask for. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

Profile: couple in their 30s travelling for vacation (4 days in Naxos). If you are looking for a place that makes you feel like you are home while also having a great vacation, this is it. Beyond all the great things about the hotel (see end of this comment), the host, Elisavet is an incredible person whose clear objective is that you have the most memorable and pleasant stay. This is by far the most well-rounded vacation stay I have had and would recommend anyone to stay here. A few of the key things about the hotel: - Elizavet and Carmen - Spacious/clean/luxurious rooms - Amazing breakfast with enough variety for everyone's liking (made every morning) - Easy parking - Walking distance to the beach (5 mins) and old town (20 mis)

The rooms are all beautifully decorated with either an outside terrace or balcony. The rooms are in beautiful large gardens and are very clean and comfortable. The manager and staff are really helpful and friendly - booking cabs and advising on buses or places to visit. Breakfasts are of very good quality. Crystal Mare is a few minutes walk from a good sandy beach with pleasant beach bars and just a short walk in to Naxos town. Crystal Mare is very well run by Elisavet and her staff and is a lovely relaxing place to stay on holiday - we had an amazing week and would definitely return.

Our stay at Elisavet property was more than amazing. Not only did she help us with booking reservations for restaurants and beaches she also helped us with transportation. Making the trip very easy for us. The place is clean and the breakfast is good. You are walking distance to the town and access to many beaches and restaurants. The place is located on a busy road so at night sometimes you can hear the cars. Overall would definitely recommend staying here as Elisabeth makes you feel at home and took great care of us. Having spent some time researching places to stay, this one kept coming up with all positive reviews about the property and the staff. It is a lovely small business, with a family approach to service. So many things had been thought of, including one socket that stays on when the apartment power is turned off by taking the fob key out of the wall reader. We really enjoyed our stay and the personal recommendations and will definitely think of this as the number one dtay choice for Naxos. Thank you.
