My one and only complaint was that their elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor. However, everything else was absolutely superb! I will 100% stay here again. The inside is gorgeous and has tons of old world charm with new amenities.

Beautiful hotel! We would definitely stay again. Our only dislike was our mattress had a hole in the middle that we rolled into and could not get comfortable in.
