After waiting in line for 25 min, i get to my room and my key cards did not work. I go back to reception to let them know and one of the staff members rudely said sorry but you need to get back in line..i was upset obviously, someone eventually did help me.. the room had a terrible view the bathroom sink did not drain it was clogged..the only positive side of staying at harrahs was location and close to the sphere. But in the future i wont stay there again..its a boring hotel
