お風呂がとても気持ちよかったです。 どのホテルも同様ですが、朝御飯の時間帯が混むため、食事を落ち着いて食べることができません。

予約時、喫煙ルームしか空いてなかったので、仕方なく予約しました。 エレベーターを降りた瞬間からタバコの匂いがすごく、部屋に入ってもかなりしてました。 予約する人で喫煙者でない人は、なるべく早く予約をした方がいいですょ。 5月の連休明けだったので、混んで無いと思って油断してました。仙台空港にホテルがないので常に混んでいることが多いと後から知りました。 もう一つ、備え付けのアメニティのお風呂用の体を洗うタオルを持ってお風呂に行って、体を洗おうと袋を開けてみると、空気が入って膨らんだのですが、取り出してみると、食器洗い用のスポンジ？！、私は食器か‼️ お風呂は天然風呂で⭕️

朝早い飛行機の時間に合わせて、朝食時間を予定より早くして頂きました。朝食はあきらめかけてたのですが、大変に助かりました。又空港までの送迎車もあるようでした。。良いサービスだと思います。朝食も美味しかったです。。

天然温泉は良かったがスペースの関係か湯舟と洗い場が近い、湯船に入る時1歩目と違い2歩目は急に深くなるので注意が必要。 朝食無料は良かったが何のスープか分からないスープが先に並べてありその次に椀に入った麺が離れた所にあったので麺用のスープと分かるように表示するか先に麺を並べその次にスープを配置する等して欲しかった。

清潔で静かで、女性ひとりでも安心して利用出来ました。大浴場が5時からだったので、前日疲れで寝落ちしてしまった分、朝一でゆっくり入り、朝食もゆっくり美味しくいただきました。名取駅も直線を真っ直ぐ歩いて着くので迷うことなく。 仙台に行く際は、次回もまた利用したいと思います。今回はお世話になりました。
