Vacations Close To National University of Singapore

Was a great location close to the MRT train, and comfortable room. Two of the lifts (out of four) were undergoing maintenance for much of our stay. And the two washing machines / dryers for the whole hotel didn’t seem quite enough. Overall though, would stay again.

The hot water in our room was so low. I had called reception about it on the first day but they just instruct you to make sure you wait 10-20mins so the water warms up. But in 4 days it did not improve.

Very nice room. Love it. But I think they can make a little bit better food.

Room is clean. Lift is installed with tap card machine but not working, anybody can go up to the room levels. Breakfast selection is very little with no food warmer. Sitting area for eating are occupied with people who have finished but waiting for their tour bus, and those who wanted to have breakfast will have to wait till these people leave. Had a very nice view of facing the road to Sentosa but the noise coming from the vehicles on the road was very loud and affected our sleep.

Ariana at front desk was super sweet and very helpful, very polite, meets with smile all the time, she took care everything, also Max was super respectful and very helpful person, he's always around whenever you need him. Also food arra clean and great, food is so delicious, and this whole hotel is really suoer clean and nice, also room services are the best, your room stays brand new daily
