Everything was perfect clean rooms. Staff with a smile. Breakfast was really good. Just need to add some bacon on the menu. Check-in was real quick and everything and everybody was just fine. We recommend others and I will be back myself.

The property was nice and clean but once we got ready to check in, we had all kinds of discrepancies with getting our room because I paid over the phone but once I got there, they act like I didn’t pay -so they got that straight, we to our room and the floor was soaked and wet. Unfortunately we couldn’t get another room til next day -we kept asking for the manager but never got a chance to speak with her. This weekend we had a total of 8 rooms because we were intone for a wedding. Poor customer service!!!

During my stay, there were several issues that impacted my experience. The staff appeared to be new, and the rooms were not as clean as expected. I found multiple strands of hair on the towels and in the bathtub. Additionally, when it rained, water leaked into my room. After reporting the issues, I was moved to a suite, which was very clean and much nicer. I appreciated the effort to resolve the situation. Overall, my stay was okay, but it did not meet the standard of my previous visits.

We always bring a black light with us to check the bed for fluids and bed bugs. We needed a new fitted sheet, but there were none available. So, we slept on the mattress pad instead. The shower and rest of the bathroom were gross. Breakfast was good
