I would actually rate this a 3.5, it’s better than a 3 but not quite a 4. The employees were friendly and the room clean but you only had 2 small drawers for your clothes and you had to ask for a blow dryer. The breakfast was as awesome.

The hotel is a great place with reasonable parking, but limited handicapped spaces, and easy access to the city. Our only concern was the sponginess and instability of the flooring. This may be due to water damage.
