This was a midway stop on our trip. Hotel was nice, clean, good breakfast, close to downtown and the highway we were traveling on.

We always like staying at Hampton Inns. We were very disappointed with room musty smell. Location was good and the restaurant on the river was great. This hotel needs upgrading.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, they ran out of breakfast items (grits) and we were told they were only allowed two pots for breakfast-even though the hotel was completely full! The housekeeping staff did not replace all the towels and we were only given one towel for our room. The front desk's reply when asked for more was "housekeeping did not wash or dry the towels for the day and there are none available." There was only one working elevator on the property.

2 things need to be upgraded. The bathroom door need a door stopper to keep the door from closing on you and a higher toilet seat for handicap. Everything else and stay was wonderful. Will most definitely choose it again. Thank you.👍

Pleasant hote

Billing issue at check-in but they resolved fairly quickly. Some guest was beating on a door at 2, 3, and 4 am but I didn't feel safe opening our door as people are too unpredictable. Food was great. Room and bed clean. Carpet smelled though. All staff was excellent. Location is excellent. Hotel is beginning to show it's age though.

Ok stay

They are doing renovations so clerk set up at folding table in lobby. Had to wait a good 25 minutes because she was helping someone get a roll away bed and she was alone. Grown men fighting on 4th floor Saturday night kept us awake. I mean banging on doors and stomping around right outside my room 423 clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was ok.
