Excellent place to stay. Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many shops and restaurants are within a few blocks, and waterfront area is probably a 5-10 minute walk.

Everything I needed - I stayed here for two nights before and two nights after hiking the O Circuit in Torres del Paine. They were able to hold my luggage while I completed the hike, and during my stays provided a generous breakfast great for a day of hiking or sightseeing. They were also able to provide boxed breakfasts to accommodate the early morning pickups for several day tours. The property is simple, but very clean, comfortable, and convenient to town shops and the bus station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - would definitely recommend.

This place was the absolute most perfect stay in puerto Natales for solo travelers or couples who like a little privacy at an affordable price. Hector was the nicest person and helped me with Spanish, a taxi, and stored my luggage for me before my trip to the airport so I didn’t have to walk around with my bags. They even stored my bag while I was doing the W-trek and when I rechecked in it was waiting for me in my new room. They insisted I pay on the morning after I slept getting back late from trekking. This place offers clean rooms with cozy beds and private bathrooms. The design is also very cool. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to puerto natales

The staff was excellent, Hector is fabulous! The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is nice (a bar of soap would have been a good addition) with fine water pressure, the beds comfortable, the breakfast generous. Definitely recommended!
