Great choice

Great option in Natal. Rooms a bit on the small side with some wear and tear, but comfortable. Recommend rooms with a terrace. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Lovely pool area. Placed at a quiet stretch of Porta Negra in walking distance to some excellent restaurants.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Brazil. Breakfast nd lunch included. Nice pools and gym. Front desk staff were extremely helpful with special requests. Especially Dianna.

Exceptional hotel in Natal Brazil. The services at this hotel was brilliant. Swimming pool bar that I will never forget. The staff at this hotel are world class. They have the best people in all areas of the hotel.

Gorgeous and peaceful hotel in Ponta Negra

The hotel is beautiful, with wonderful ocean views. The several pools (some heated) are surrounded by trees and different kinds of plants. The staff is very polite and helpful. They make you feel at home and bring small sweet treats and a free bottle of water to the guests every day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

This is a great place to spend a vacation. I was using the resort for work purpose and it's lovely! For my fellow American folks, this is a lovely place to spend a vacation with your family and loved ones. The downside is that they English is almost non-existent and very limited! Otherwise, I would rate my stay at full 5 stars!

This is ABSOLUTELY an amazing hotel. The service the hotel offers is very hard to find. The location is fantastic and the hotel, rooms, pool and beach area is definitely a visit worth while. The spa therapists are among the best I have tried. Don’t hesitate to try it out. You won’t be disappointed. Overall a hotel with the GREATEST service ever.

Nice hotel, but the cleaning is not good enough for a 5 star rating. Food is great, great pool and just at the beach! Cleaning of the room didn’t happen for 2 times so we had to call the reception for 5 times before even give us towels.. The room was cleaned at 19:00 hours, way to late.

Excellent hotel and service. Only 3 years old. Great pleasant helpful staff. Nice bed , room, bathroom. Ac was “wick” , called the front desk and immediately fixed nice and cool. The city is shifty. lots of poverty and prostitution, baggers at restaurants. Beaches nice.

On the fifth day of my stay (and mind you up to that point they never were THAT KIND) the generator caught fire, we were left at the lobby of the next door hotel. I had to FETCH MY OWN TAXI (no staff from the hotel helped me, thanks GOD I AM VERY FLUENT in Portuguese) and find a hotel at 2 in the morning. FOUND ONE by chance and HAD TO PAY for all the taxis, for my new hotel accommodation and asked the fire fighters for help to get my stuff out my room and the HOTEL.

Excelente hotel, nuevo y moderno, instalaciones impecables, personal muy atento. El desayuno y cena incluidos, excelente. Me encantaron las piscinas, con agua fria y tibia para todos los gustos. La vista desde la terraza de la habitación es espectacular. La ciudad (Natal) en sí no es muy bonita, pero con este hotel no necesitas más para descansar, ya que incluso tiene la playa en primera línea. El único "pero" es que para bañarte tranquilo, hay que caminar unos pocos kilómetros o tomar un taxi para ir a Morro do Careca, que de todos modos está muy cerca del hotel (es el final de Ponta Negra), porque la playa que está abajo no es agradable para el baño, tiene mucho oleaje.

O atendimento do hotel é excelente equipe bem treinada, O cafe da manhã e o jantar com muita variedade Tive algumas intercorrências durante a hospedagem , o quarto tinha muito cheiro de umidade , não só o quarto como todo o andar encontrei um fio dental no box do banheiro e já no último dia uma pedra no pistache que foi colocado na salada de fruta
