Great option in Natal. Rooms a bit on the small side with some wear and tear, but comfortable. Recommend rooms with a terrace. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Lovely pool area. Placed at a quiet stretch of Porta Negra in walking distance to some excellent restaurants.

Gorgeous and peaceful hotel in Ponta Negra

The hotel is beautiful, with wonderful ocean views. The several pools (some heated) are surrounded by trees and different kinds of plants. The staff is very polite and helpful. They make you feel at home and bring small sweet treats and a free bottle of water to the guests every day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

This is ABSOLUTELY an amazing hotel. The service the hotel offers is very hard to find. The location is fantastic and the hotel, rooms, pool and beach area is definitely a visit worth while. On the fifth day of my stay (and mind you up to that point they never were THAT KIND) the generator caught fire, we were left at the lobby of the next door hotel. I had to FETCH MY OWN TAXI (no staff from the hotel helped me, thanks GOD I AM VERY FLUENT in Portuguese) and find a hotel at 2 in the morning. FOUND ONE by chance and HAD TO PAY for all the taxis, for my new hotel accommodation and asked the fire fighters for help to get my stuff out my room and the HOTEL.
