The location is great, very close to the ocean, and the place is family-friendly. The staff are attentive and genuinely try to help, although most of them speak very little English, which can make anything beyond a simple request quite difficult. Check-in can also be slow and may easily take around 30 minutes. The rooms are basic. The essential equipment is just about acceptable, while some of the non-essential furnishings and facilities are in pretty poor condition. I wouldn't expect a Western-style hotel experience here. That said, if you adjust your expectations and think of it more as a clean, simple hostel-level stay, it can actually be quite enjoyable. The place is generally clean, the location is good, and the staff do their best. Overall, I left with very mixed feelings.

The stay was very nice. The rooms were spacious, quiet overnight, the beds were comfortable. The shower area is a nice size. The control was a bit touchy on getting a good temperature, but ultimately you can get a good temperature. For some reason,the power in my room tripped off about 5 times (in a week). I saw how to reset the circuit breaker behind the door, so not much of a big issue. Probably something weird in that specific room. WiFi was good (if you need it). Also, a nice little patio area connected to the room, although I didn't use it. No coffee in the rooms. Breakfast is a buffet style with numerous options, all tasty enough. Lunch and dinner are also available (buffet style) with many options. Overall the food was good. Food outside is excellent, and very reasonably priced. You can use "google lens" to translate menus, if you need to. There are options for 2 pools in the hotel and one across the street, with smaller pools for kids with slides, etc. Also, through the lower pool area, down a few steps, and your on the beach! The hotel can provide/lend you a towel for 3 REAL (which is less than $1 US!). Staff are very nice and try to be as helpful as possible. In some cases, not knowing Portuguese can be a bit of a challenge, but you can use google translate to help out on that. All in all, a very nice stay, and would recommend the hotel.

This place is SO dirty!! I didn’t even shower because I was so disgusted by the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The kids pool was the grossest thing I have ever seen. I regret letting my child go in because it made her sick! Stay away!!!

Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again.

Razoável, pelo preço pago. Café da manhã e jantar (meia pensão) estavam sempre ótimos e bem diversificados. Infraestrutura e conforto ainda deixam um pouco a desejar. Climatização central um pouco barulhenta e muito gelada, mesmo regulando o termostato.

O hotel tinha uma boa estrutura fisica, porem funcionarios muito ruina, nao sabiam dar informações, muito desorganizados! Meu quarto estava sem limpar com banheiro com cabelo quando cheguei(tufo no azileijo), esqueciam de deixar toalhas limpas, agua morna para feia no fim do dia,precisei pedir agua pra dar banho no bebe! Tenho alergia a leite e quase tudo tinha leite no cafe e almoco/jantar! No quarto dos meus primos sumiu um carregador c faxineira folguista! Piscina mto pequena pra quantidade de pessoas, parecia piscinão de ramos! Checkin extremamente demorado não deram prioridade pra mim que estava com bebe com sono! Elevador quebrado, só tinha 1 funcionando e mtas pessoas hospedadas!

Bom custo-benefício

Hotel confortável e muito bem localizado. O beach club e recreação para as crianças faz toda diferença. Peogramação também a noite voltada para crianças. Café da manhã muito bom, porém o salão não comporta todos os hóspedes. Serviço de quarto bom, trocam diariamente as toalhas e roupa de cama.
