Apesar do hotel ser muito conhecido e com boas avaliações, na prática nao é tao bom assim. Se vc ficar no quarto do 1° andar vc nao tem opcao de uma mesa/cadeira proximo da piscina, ou vc fica dentro da piscina ou fica em pé do lado de fora. Local do banho dentro do banheiro do quarto, péssimo. Para quem opta por pensão completa, comparando com outros hotéis, bem fraco mesmo, almoço e jantar praticamente a mesma coisa. O ponto positivo foi o cafe da manha e a equipe de funcionários da piscina.

O lugar é lindo e aconchegante, é a terceira vez que fui com minha família. Porém, dessa vez deixou a desejar na parte da alimentação. A diária não é barata, então, esperamos sempre um cardápio condizente com o preço cobrado, já que é um resort renomado. Das duas primeiras vezes que fomos, ficamos satisfeitos. Porém, dessa vez, eu passei 2 diárias com todas as alimentações, mas percebemos uma queda na qualidade. Nas vezes anteriores, tinham camarões, filé, vários tipos de massas, pizzas. Dessa vez, vimos um buffet muito simples e repetitivo. A diária é caríssima e quando fazemos esse investimento, esperamos pratos mais sofisticados e não apenas comidas que comemos em casa diariamente. É um resort, esperamos um experiência diferenciada. Entretanto, dessa vez, deixou muito a desejar. Além disso, o check-in e o check-out são muito lentos. Perdemos mais de uma hora para entrar e mais de uma hora para sair.

Infraestrutura muito boa, localização também. Piscina enorme. Tem a praia na frente do hotel e a lagoa nos fundos. Ficamos hospedados na suite master, no terceiro andar, com jacuzzi. Uma pena a jacuzzi não ter aquecimento, e a ducha do banheiro não ter muita pressão, mas fora isso, o quarto era muito bom! As refeições são muito boas, o cardápio é regional. No dia do check-out almoçamos no hotel, o que nos permitiu estender nossa estadia até às 16h e aproveitar mais o hotel.

A equipe muito boa, educada e prestativa. O checkin muito demorado, pois tinham poucos funcionários atendendo e a recepção é bem quente, demorou mais de 1 hora. Os únicos pontos negativos do quarto foram: 1 - Ar condicionado com péssimas condições de limpeza, porém, logo foi resolvido pela equipe, que mandou algum funcionário realizar limpeza. 2 - Box do banheiro em péssimas condições de conservação, com vários pontos de ferrugem, além de ser bem pequeno e apertado.
