Eu e minha família infelizmente não iremos voltar lá, custo beneficio ruim, comida cara e de qualidade baixa. Eu já estive neste hotel a 10 anos atrás e não mudou nada, para mim na verdade piorou. A internet sem funcionar, a piscina em partes suja, ar condicionado com barulho, fechadura de uma das portas da varanda sem funcionar, madeira onde segura cortina quase caindo. Os proprietários do hotel tem que fazer investimentos logo, eles tem uma área boa e estrutura também. O que falta é investimentos.

Excelente escolha para uma estadia repleta de comodidades e a poucos passos da praia e da lagoa. Equipe sempre prestativa, quarto com muito conforto e restaurante (café da manhã, almoço e jantar) repleto de opções sendo todas saborosas. Definitivamente merece um retorno no futuro.

Serviço PÉSSIMO; copos descartáveis minúsculos nas refeições (150ml); drinks na piscina em descartáveis tb, podia ser acrílico pelo menos; box no banheiro tipo navio, extremamente pequeno; fila check in imensa (mesmo pra quem fez online); fila para check out pior ainda e só liberavam o almoço se tivesse entregado o quarto;

O hotel é grande, bem localizado. A praia na frente e a lagoa por trás do hotel são ótimos, mas não tem nenhuma estrutura de apoio do hotel por lá. Os quartos, principalmente o banheiro precisa de uma renovação. O box do banho é uma cápsula minúscula. O email recebido antes da reserva e a mensagem no chat do hotéis.com falava de ALL INCLUSIVE, mas o hotel só trabalha com meia-pensao ou pensão completa, o que nos induziu ao erro na chegada quando fomos comer o chá da tarde e no final nos foi cobrado. Reservamos a Suíte Master, que segundo o email, só teria jacuzzi de acordo com disponibilidade na hora do check in. Recebemos uma suíte sem jacuzzi, embora observamos que nenhuma das suítes com jacuzzi estava ocupada. A companhia que fez a apresentação infantil foi maravilhosa. A piscina tem grama e terra ao redor, além de muitas árvores. O que torna o ambiente bonito e com sombra, mas deixa impossível de manter a piscina limpa.

Hotel aconchegante, bom atendimento e café da manhã com boas variedades (destaque para as tapiocas). A cama não era de casal, juntaram duas camas de solteiro. A área do chuveiro bastante apertada. Para quem não quiser o jantar tradicional, há outras opções (pedimos uma pizza, $65, que serve bem duas pessoas). Achei abusivo o preço da lata de refrigerante, $10. Poderiam fornecer cadeiras e sombrinhas na praia.

Uma excelente experiência no Praia Bonita, com excelente política de sustentabilidade. Boas piscinas e um bom espaço, inclusive o quarto. No entanto, necessita observar as condições de manutenção, como ar condicionado sem funcionar, sauna sem funcionar e video game sem funcionar.O hotel fica em frente da praia de Tabatinga que excelente, inclusive para crianças.
