O quarto, impecavelmente limpo e confortável, proporcionou uma estadia extremamente agradável, garantindo todo o descanso necessário. A infraestrutura do hotel, além de muito bonita, demonstrou um alto nível de cuidado e manutenção, criando um ambiente aconchegante e sofisticado. Os funcionários, sempre solícitos e educados, contribuíram para tornar a estadia ainda mais especial, prestando um atendimento de excelência. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos da hospedagem, com uma variedade de opções deliciosas e de qualidade. Outro ponto positivo é a localização do hotel, que fica próximo a uma região repleta de lojinhas, perfeitas para quem deseja comprar lembranças e souvenirs. Isso torna a experiência ainda mais prática e agradável para os hóspedes que gostam de explorar o comércio local. Fácil acesso à praia também, apesar de não ser uma das melhores, é bem gostosa de passar o tempo e cair no mar. O café da manhã tinha um horário super reduzido e éramos expulsos do restaurante às 9h. No checkout também ficaram apressando para liberar o quarto sendo que tínhamos meia hora mais de late checkout. Não voltaria.

Não gostei. Se vc vai a trabalho, só precisa dormir no local, tudo bem, a cama é boa, o quarto agradável, chuveiro quente esqueça. Não gostei do café. Não gostei da localização, é um ponto bem central, mas um pouco esquisito.

Pontos negativos: - Em frente ao hotel esta em obras e não vi nenhum aviso antes sobre isso. - O quarto que dizia ser luxo não tinha nada de luxuoso. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, móveis inchados, a porta da varanda não abria direito, não tinha luz na varanda (só um fio pendurado), a varanda tava suja de cimento, solicitei limpeza mas não limparam e n tinha outro quarto. Pontos positivos: - os funcionários simpáticos (os que tive acesso) - ar condicionado gelava bastante (as pilhas estavam fracas então tive que fazer a troca com o da tv pra poder desligar o ar) - box do banheiro é grande - chuveiro forte e tinha opção de regular água quente e fria - vazão do vaso era boa - o café da manhã tinha poucas opções mas algumas coisas eram bem saborosas como a carne moída, o café, o iogurte de morango e tinha uma pão pequeno q tava bem macio (parecia bisnaguinha) - a vista da área da piscina era bonita pq ficava de frente ao mar. Obs: - tem que agendar o café da manhã, dizem que é pra evitar aglomeração. - o frigobar do quarto é vazio, mas tem bebidas que pode comprar na recepção. - é cobrado uma diária de 20 reais para o estacionamento, não é muito grande e é um pouco apertado para que não tem muita segurança em dirigir. - a piscina é pequena e tem que subir uma escada para ter acesso a ela (não tomei banho pq quando fui às 8:02h do dia 15/11 ainda estava fechado. (Não lembro qual o horário que informaram que abre) - tem 2 elevadores pequenos - fiquei no quarto 320.
